    You're at about 15% bodyfat. You'll be fine. aAim for about 1lb per week, which means a 500 calorie deficit per day. Trying to lose faster than this will start to wat into your lean tissues (muscles).

      Im fatter than you and have more defined abs. You need to be training them. Do your dragonflags, weight ab crunch machine, and weighted slant bench situps.

      Honestly he doesnt even need to get much skinnier, just train abs.

          Give it a shot for a few weeks, trust me dude. At least do the the dragonflags and weighted slant situps. You've clearly put a lot of effort into your physique and these 2 exercises will be a drop in the bucket compared to what you probably do now, but will really pay off.

              Those are not a bad exercise per se, but you should be very aware of don't swing. Also somewhat limited by your grip endurance. I recommend you to do the easy version of a candlestick and start to build from that.

        Push,Pull,Legs, off, push, pull, legs is your weekly split. 10 hard sets to failure for each muscle group each workout. Do abs every push and leg day at the end. Do 30 minutes to an hour of cardio at the end of each workout session. Just walk on the treadmill at max incline you can handle without holding on.

        Your diet will be: Bodyweight in grams of protein per day and eating in a 500 daily caloric deficit with the rest of your calories coming from fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Drink 1 gallon of water per day, and make sure you get 8-10 hours of sleep every night.

          nta but I can't do the cardio thing after lifting. Currently doing LCLCLC (lifting one day, cardio next). Why is this suboptimal? I'd be tired to do fricking half an hour running after lifting heavy for an hour or more man, plus I'd need to spend like 2hrs at the gym. How do you guys do it?

      That’s like 18%, you should have a better outline than that at 15%. Train your abs with progressive overload, op. Do that til mid or end of march and then start your cut

      Not impossible to but its not gonna be easy either. +3 months without setbacks. If you screw around and rebound it could take up to 5 month but obviously at that point it becomes arbitrary then. So yes you can have abs by summer but dont take it easy. You need to cut hard and do tons of ab exercises.

      Tren made me hungry as frick. I tried dieting on it, after losing 20 lbs I realized I was going insane and couldn’t sustain it. I gained 15lbs back in a week. I would eat until I was well past full, but it didn’t sate the hunger. I have never felt that type of hunger before it was mind numbing.

      Fantastic bulking drug for some. That’s what they use it for in cattle. For some it eliminates hunger but I wasn’t so lucky
