I’m the big buldge guy from last week. People said I’m 20% bf. Been cutting for like a week so I’m flat as fuk and look small but I will fill out and look even leaner when I get carbs
Am I still 20%?

need more pics,
Bulge pic for reference. Also I’m good with being 15% body fat if I’m there. I just don’t really want to be called 20%
bro what the actual frick is in your underwear, looks like a coiled snake lmao , yes jelly
He's wearing a diaper. Never abuse squat plugs, kids.
its his third leg
>Not stuffing your boxers for body threads
Ngmi
Congrats on your penis bro
Also this is my guess as well
Hard to tell, but my guess is if you got a dexa scan you'd be around 15% or a bit lower. I got one a couple weeks ago, thinking I was somewhere 14-16%, and I came in under 12%.
It looks like you've probably got a little more fat than me, but not too much. But again, your pose in OP pic could be hiding some pudge, and you're covering a lot of your torso in the second.
I’m not really trying to get shredded. I’ve been shredded before and my face looks like shiet when shredded.
I just Want to be relitively lean to normies and normie lifters
I didn't say you were trying to get shredded. I said I think you're probably around 15%. Which yes, is lean compared to your average person (because the average if fricking obese), and at least not fat compared to lifters.
It looks like you shat yourself
my guess is between 15-18%. personally i wouldnt even cut but just maingain. will take awhile but i prefer recomping over losing overall mass.
that pose is terrible for estimating bf
but i guess around 16%
angle frauding doesn't help if you are legitemely asking for an estimate
I would frick you until the walls are wet and the air is foggy
20-23%
is this the ideal body fat for females? Not to lean not to fat?
In my views? Yeah.
It's big enough that it would show in a thigh shirt, not huge enough to look too bulky.
Six pack maybe could be a little more defined? But it's not a must.
