To be honest, this a shame. Op, I'm afraid the only option you have is to start giving blowjobs for about 10 dollars a piece on the street. After about 20 of them,you will be able to afford the equipment you need to to am upright row. Pull-ups ain't gonna cut it.
If you are asking if upright rows + pullups are enough for your back you are weak enough that you can get mileage out of 40kg db rows

Gallons of water upto 88 pounds, I have some other 150 pounds but it's too much bother to use up all my energy on setting it up
