Easily, I lost 40kg in 9 months and I had some chest days.
You just need to be somewhat autistic about your eating.

Bro I lost 15kg in like a month and a half YEAH homie YOU GOTTA WANT IT

I did 15kg in 1 month. Completely cut out sugar, even fricking fruits. nothing. my go to meal was whole wheat pita, chicken breast pcs, low fat cheese , hummus and pesto.

Eat that for a month and supplement with a multi vitamin and youll be good.

Easily. I know because I went from 97 to 65 kg in less than a year by starting to exercise and skipping lunch or breakfast for a few months. Go for it anon. 🙂

You all put the weight back on didn't you? Fat fricks who lose weight fast blimp up fast as well.

        No
I got into the habit of good exercise and weighing every meal ingredient and it never left
I lost 1kg a week consistently which was perfectly healthy and added genuine routines that just keep me from being a fatty again
I lost 20kg and was never super fat (was never obese aka BMI over 30) but i dont see why its fundamentally different from losing 35kg
In 52 weeks it should genuinely be easy. Just exercise 4-6 times a week with 1-2 days of total rest and build other good habits around food and you’re set for life.

          This.
Sure if they go back to eating like when they were a fatty they'll balloon back up but it was always about making good habits.

Yes. Best method is to have a regular eating pattern, a breakfast a lunch and a dinner that you eat the same size everyday. The meals can vary but the calories counts have to be the same and be at your caloric baseline need so likely 2000-3000. Then you just out of the blue cut the final meal in half everyday. Putting you in a caloric deficit. Step 1 is to have a regular eating pattern always. Find a breakfast lunch and dinner that you really like and could eat daily. Usually people like to stick to the same breakfast and lunch daily with varying dinners. This helps with prep time. Usually people are more in a hurry at breakfast and lunchtime so quick to prepare or already prepared meals are ideal but for dinner you have more time. It might sound shitty to make half the food but that is the thing, since you have more time for dinner many people engorge themselves for their dinners. So it is best to develop a practice of smaller dinners.

The other option is skipping breakfast entirely but from my experience more often than not this doesn't work for people. Many negative consequences to their mood and they also fail to be in a calorie deficit by gorging on food for their lunch and dinner.
