how do I heartratemaxx???
when I ran every other day it was 56 resting, now that I've stopped for a few months it's around 63
I used to be fat but even then it was 81 which isn't considered unhealthy
Not him but my resting is 38ish and i do 9 hours of cardio a week typically. I used to just lift and was a bit chubby and it was about 65, so it has decreased a fair bit with training
How is it my heart rate resting is around 59-62 but I'm objectively overweight at 220 lbs 6'0
Makes no fricking sense tbh shouldn't it be like 70 or 80?
my resting hr is in the low 40s and im a 93kg lardass at 182cm
used to be really obese
only "cardio" i do is 6-10k steps a day and cycle to and from work which is a total of 30 min and low intensity
4x a week lifting
something is wrong, i can feel it
my blood pressure is also low at about 100-110/50-60
i used to be insanely overweight and did tons of walking and low intensity running without lifting weights, no idea what my HR was during my years of obesity though
if ur fat or just in general have a hr in the 40s without being a top top athtele you probarbly have Bradycardia which is often caused by hypothyroidism
my resting is in the 90s
neither of you are making it
I’m just trying to get shredded and then die Zyzz style in a sauna in some random Asian country
I’m the anon with the 90+ resting heart rate
just do some cardio dawg
make it where? i don't understand
to the other side brother
Stop looking for health in internet and go to a doctor you moron.
Is it not healthy?
how do you even function with that heart rate. Are you a sloth?

2 days a week do 2-4 hours low intensity cardio (70% of max HR)
2 days a week do VO2max intervals
(95-100% of max HR for 4 minutes for 4 to 8 sets)
I have a max HR of 204 bpm and a resting HR of 31 bpm
I scare the nurses when I'm getting my vitals taken at the hospital for whatever
Did you have a higher heartrate earlier in life and then lower it? Or were you always in the lower range?

thanks for the info
that VO2 max is gonna be tough, do you also rest for 4 minutes between sets?

My resting heart rate is like 70-80 and it gets up to 150 when running. Is this normal?
