    yes you can do a full body workout with only dumbbells, obviously adding barbells, cable machines, and things like pull up bars help but gaining muscle is as simple as making your muscles tired and eating protein and sleeping

    Yes but it will require a shit ton of volume and workload. You'll also have to do a frick ton of different lifts. Add a Kettle Bell and a Barbell with weights and you would be pretty much set.

    Short answer yes but it takes more work and there are better ways.

      I am not sure 20lb dumbbels will help anyone other than absolute beginners, even with a ton of volume and 3hr workouts.

      You are better of doing calestenics at this point.

    If you are weak you can become a bit less weak. You cant get actually in shape with b***hweight like that. gonna need more than dbs, just go to the fricking gym

    Do pushups every day
    Do biceps curls, hammers, cross chest curls, lateral raises
    That would be enough to work your chest, arms, back and shoulders
    Do with lots of volumes and reps.

    Do push up variations to failure for chest and front delts

    Hold both dumbbells and do squat variations

    Hold both dumbbells in one hand and do rows as well as pull ups

    Do curls variations, overhead tricep extensions and forearm curls to failure for arms

    Lateral flys and bent over flys for side and back delts.

    Since it’s low weight you’re gonna want to work up to doing some pretty high rep sets
