I am not sure 20lb dumbbels will help anyone other than absolute beginners, even with a ton of volume and 3hr workouts.

Hold both dumbbells and do squat variations
Hold both dumbbells in one hand and do rows as well as pull ups
Do curls variations, overhead tricep extensions and forearm curls to failure for arms
Lateral flys and bent over flys for side and back delts.
Since it’s low weight you’re gonna want to work up to doing some pretty high rep sets
