Can MK677 fix my joints?

I'm in my mid 20's and have lingering injuries from my late teens. Cracking elbows and occasional knee pain which I sustained from ego lifting in the past.

I managed to improve my should with rehab exercises like lu raises and rear delt flies but want to take it to the next level. I was thinking about doing a 3-4 month MK677 cycle because HGH tends to speed up healing in the short term and even give better, healthier skin as a bonus.

What dosage should I take and should I get something to test my blood sugar while on cycle? I've been bulking for a couple of months now so I'm not lean but not fat either

        It's a healing peptide that has done some crazy stuff. Healing torn ligaments, eardrums, brain damage. It's regularly taken by certain athletes to speed recovery.
        You should only take it for about 6 weeks. Don't expect PED style growth but you'll probably notice all your small aches and pains go away. Joints might require multiple cycles to have a permanent effect.

        Had positive effects in phase 1 trials and no serious adverse effects.
        Adhedonia is the worst but seems to be temporary in most, this is probably the riskiest one but if you've ever taken an SSRI, You've already taken the same risk.

          Gonna look into it more. So you'd recommend it more than MK-677? I'm currently on dutasteride and an ssri type med. Will BPC-157 frick with my liver considering I am already taking other shit?

      I regularly get injuries from Muay Thai, have a pretty bad knee right now. Considering peptides, would BPC-157 be enough on its own or would you stack it with anything? What kind of dosage would one take? TY

        The standard is quick fixer is tb-500 and bpc-157.
        You'd have to check dosages yourself.
        Keep track of your blood pressure as it can spike in the first couple days before normalizing.

        There have been positive accounts from people with IBS, never taken the stuff for gut healing so I haven't looked too much into it for that.

        Probably not, it doesn't actually affect our hormones. One of the reasons it hasn't made it to phase 2 trials is the mechanism of action is unknown. Which of course isn't the greatest, long term sides are possible.

        Honestly mk-677 is a better cutting tool. Take it at night right before sleep and it helps with deeper sleep while avoiding the hunger sides. It helps prevent muscle loss and improves metabolism. Plus if you use it during a bulk there's far more of a chance of the blood sugar and diabetes side effects hitting you

            Well if you're skelle then sure I guess the hunger sides could help you eat more. I was assuming you're like me and don't need assistance eating enough to bulk. But you're probably better off doing a keto diet bulk on MK because you run the risk of increased blood sugar and insulin resistance

                I've heard it both ways. It's mostly considered a bulking compound because it increases appetite (which can make cutting difficult without willpower and if you're taking it in the morning), but it doesn't have a strong enough anabolic effect to be as useful as other bulking "supplements" it's better as a anti-catobolic agent when cutting.

                Yeah and a little bit of GH won't give you crazy gains or anything, it's more efficient at helping burn fat and retain muscle in a calorie deficit. You can use it either way, I just don't think it's worth it with a bulk unless you're willing to go very low carbs (which is pretty shitty for a bulk in the first place)

                Why low carb? Isn't MK-677 primarily a ghrelin agonist? Every time I see someone use it they always mention the appetite stimulation aspect of it.

                I primarily want to use it use a budget HGH to repair my nagging injuries and improve my skin quality a bit. But with that anon who mentioned BPC-157 now I'm undecided between the two

                I've used both. Both helped with injuries, I would say that MK-677 was stronger in that regard than BPC-157, plus you don't have to use any needles unlike BPC. The reason you should avoid carbs is because it increases igf-1 (insulin like growth factor) which can increase insulin resistance (which will increase blood sugar levels if not managed properly) and can also increase risk of other problems. I'd recommend researching both, BPC-157 is probably safer if you're just looking to heal an injury (it worked for a tendon issue in my wrist), and you won't have to worry about a diet

                have you ever tried oral BPC-157? Also I'm surprised that MK-677 was stronger for injury healing. I thought BPC-157's main selling point was the stimulating healing.

                Btw which improved your skin more BPC-157 or MK-677?

                BPC-157's main selling point is that you can buy it on Amazon and that feels less sketchy, which you can do because it's safer (which almost always correlates with less effective) it still works though, it just too a while. And no I havent done it orally. I had super clear skin on MK and didn't know any skin effects on BPC

                I should probably also mention that I overall took BPC for way less time than MK so that might account for the skin effects difference. But the injury recovery was faster on MK, I just continued to take it afterwards because I was recomping, which is when I noticed my skin and hair looking nicer

      I know it shuts down your natural production so I never used it. It's anabolic so it'll probably work for cutting to prevent muscle loss but beyond that I'm not sure what specifically are the pros and cons

      They act on the body very differently so I don't see why you couldn't use them together. One is just a peptide and the other is a hgh secretagogue. What's your bf%? If it's greater than 20% I'd recommend cutting to around 15-18% at least beyond jumping on anything. Excess fat is estrogenic which can cause any testosterone increases you might see as a side effect of the increased hgh to convert into estrogen at a faster rate. I only ever took doses of 12.5-15mg every night because the hgh returns based on dose have a faster fall off than igf-1 increases based on dose. The full 20mg dose is overkill. I did a 4 month cycle then was off an on again for another few months. I took it weekday nights. If youre at like ~15%-18% bf I'd probably recommend a recomp which works well on MK. bf < 14% bulk. bf>20% cut

        I'm around 20%. Think I'll cut for a month or so. I've been dirty bulking for about 3 months and went from approximately 165 lbs @ 6ft to 187lbs.

        Would it be possible to do a 3 month MK-677 cycle with the first month being a cut and then the last 2 bulking or a 3 month recomp?

Yeah I don't see why you couldn't cut into recomp other than that coming out of a cut you might have mental and physical fatigue that might make the heavy lifting required for the recomp harder. Cut into bulk could also work with your low carb idea but thats up to you. I was 185 when I started my and got down to 175 even though my lifts increased and I got munch more toned. 6' too, 285 bench max.

            225 for 5 now. I started with 135 for 6 in the beginning of October. I worked out years ago in high school so a bunch of it was muscle memory
