I'm in my mid 20's and have lingering injuries from my late teens. Cracking elbows and occasional knee pain which I sustained from ego lifting in the past.
I managed to improve my should with rehab exercises like lu raises and rear delt flies but want to take it to the next level. I was thinking about doing a 3-4 month MK677 cycle because HGH tends to speed up healing in the short term and even give better, healthier skin as a bonus.
What dosage should I take and should I get something to test my blood sugar while on cycle? I've been bulking for a couple of months now so I'm not lean but not fat either
