>can only do 9 unweighted chin ups >can do 8 chins ups +25lbs
Why is my body like this
>been doing pullups as 60% of my pull-day for 11 years >always did bw calisthenics and then weighted >wide grip, close grip, archers, rows etc >can do 6-8 weighted chins with extra 15kgs (33ish lbs) >only ever been able to do 12 max from cold, or 16-18 after doing some weighted one's first
I don't get it either and I'm no closer to a muscleup as I was when I was 18. >5'9 and 83kg (was 77kg at my leanest last year and couldn't do more either).
My theory is that it's something about how you're using your body. Improper oxygen distribution during the lift will make you gas out way too fast. I can bench 3pl8s for 8 reps, but I'll gas out at 2pl8s for 5 if I'm not breathing properly. A good way to know if I'm fricking up with my breathing during a pull-up section is by checking if the blood circulation on my lower body is alright after I finish the set.
This movie still rocks me. The innocence of childhood dreams and fantasy destroyed in a moment; the immediate confrontation with the irrevocable nature of death and the advance of time. It’s been over a decade since I have watched it but just the premise gets me.

I understand his fathee, but why have children to treat them so rigidly and harshly?
It is just as irresponsible to bring a sapient being into the world, only ro berrate, control and deny all faucets of their childhood, as it is to let them do what they want.
I saw this movie last year for the first time just randomly watching TV, never heard about it before or read anything about it. I thought it was just going to be a nice chill sort of children going an a fun adventure movie, boy was I wrong. Still a great movie though.
This movie made me cry when I was 13. Why did he have to hang out with the sexy milf teacher and leave her to die
My teachers in middle school always played sad movies like this.
Its like they like to see kids cry. I remember how taken back and unexpected Bridge to Terabithia was when I watched it in class.
The worst was when they showed The Fox and the Hound. I was one of the few kids who owned the movie and had seen it before, so I knew what was coming (and it still fricked me up, even to this day its rough).
Lots of kids were balling, several left the room and went to cry in the hallway never came back.
Idk The weight stabilizes your body or something idk man I can do 10 reps with 50 pound but then I do warm up sets with no added weight and it feels hard AF idk
You don't understand... life is not working WITH your body. It's getting the most out of it before it deteriorates. Your body is your greatest enemy because it can make you feel. Nobody else can do that.
This thread makes me want to re-watch the movie after seeing it more than a decade ago. I want to see if I will feel the feeling that I felt. I really wanna feel.
>can only do 12 unweighted full ROM pull ups >can do 7 with +30lbs full ROM >can do like 12 unweighted dips >can do 7 with +90lbs
idk why I'm like this either
Literally me >7 chins with +55 >12 unweighted
I think if you want high reps strength training will do barely anything, you have to go for those military style pyramid programs where you just do a shit ton of volume
I feel like adding weight makes the movement easier.
Unweighted if you're strong enough doesn't really have any resistance, so it's more dependent on cardio
Adding weight adds resistance, which makes it easier to use your muscles.
Also my cardio is so bad I get tired during sex
I can do 1 chinup but if you're not diligent I will soon exceed yoou.
Run 3 times per week.
Not pushing yourself hard enough.
You just know
If you weigh 200 pounds this makes perfect sense
I'm pretty skinny for IST standard

Jesse is lucky.
Made him a man overnight. In hindsight his peers wish such an occurrence would have happened to them.

Men used to be harder before the funko pops and illusion hentai games
yeah, but it messed me up for some days when I saw it.
What movie?
Bridge to Terabithia
The Barbie movie featuring Margot Robbie
I saw this movie last year for the first time just randomly watching TV, never heard about it before or read anything about it. I thought it was just going to be a nice chill sort of children going an a fun adventure movie, boy was I wrong. Still a great movie though.
I think I remember reading the book in elementary school.. the girl dies, doesn't she?
I never saw the movie but I read the book when I was 12 and it made me want to kill myself.
If only he had been in this movie. He would have found a way to save her and build the bridge more efficiently.

Ok I'm convinced, off to Fmovies to watch it, hope it's kino.

that's quite good

You're form probably breaks down earlier with the added weight, because you're expecting it to be harder
If it's not that, it's probably your forearms

>Disney will never make kino like this again
Why even live
You know, you can always re-watch older movies. Also I bet you've not seen all the old movies.
Gonna post it in this thread too

I love nips
It's your mind. Your inner b***h always wants you to give up.
