Can someone get sufficient protein just by consuming mostly dairy products?

Can someone get sufficient protein just by consuming mostly dairy products? I eat cheese with every meal and for snacks, and drink kefir throughout the day. I don’t eat meat and I can’t stand the smell of eggs.

it's so funny that even the health organizations have claimed dietary cholesterol has no impact on blood cholesterol levels but people still spout memeshit like this.
you should drink a non-diet soda. it will help you relax.

You are literally moronic; cheese is high in saturated fat, not cholesterol.

it's not from the lactose you dumb Hispanic morons. cheese is a probiotic. if you start eating a shit ton of it YOU WILL FART MORE, because your gut bacteria is naturally adjusting, just like if you eat kimchi.
jesus christ i'm so tired of american hispanics on here thinking they're white just because they don't have diarrhea after drinking one glass of milk

          hahaha nonwhite cope
i eat a ton of fermented foods - dairy, kimchi, sauerkraut, kombucha, miso, gochujang, aged meats, just about anything with acetic acid tang and probiotics. I'm white so it doesn't turn me into a third worlder like you're implying it would.

and btw, it usually is from the lack of adequate lactase production leading to the lactose (a sugar) to ferment in the gut as food FOR the gut bacteria. probiotics are like "anti antibiotics" they just create a healthier environment for the bacteria (as opposed to creating one that suppresses their health, ie antibiotics)
the bacteria breaking down nutrients is what leads to the gas. this is basic shit, anon

      yes

      not true

It's possible, but your choices are limited. The challenge, in my experience, is not getting way too much dietary fat for your calorie/macro goals. A lot of dairy is more fat than protein (part of why it's delicious), so it adds up fast.
Fish is a good protein source, if you can eat that. White fish especially is very low fat, which gives you some flexibility.
Bone broths are excellent sources of collagenous protein, if that's allowed in your diet.
I'm very happily eating a diet of mostly dairy, root vegetables, white fish, broth, sourdough/leavened bread, some fruits, and a little bit of meat.

obviously you have to go for low-fat most of the time unless you're bulking

Forgot to mention that a lot of my dairy intake is skyr, because you can buy/make it nonfat. I make it at home, it's pretty easy.
It's sour-tasting by nature, but you can sweeten it in a few ways that are very tasty:
      >berries (blueberries, blackberries, and crowberries are my favorites)
      >jam
      >honey
      >cinnamon
      >sugar (white, brown, cane, doesn't matter)
      >maple syrup
      >dark chocolate
Also goes well with nuts. Mix and match however you like. I mostly just use berries and cinnamon to keep the sugar intake down, since I'm losing weight right now, but a drizzle of honey or syrup can be like 5-10g of carbs, and it goes a long way.

Should be fine if you can stomach it, just make sure it isn't basterized aka pasturized.

Animal products are complete proteins. So yes. You'd really only need to ask this if you're munching protease inhibitors from plant-based foods with the actually sufficient protein sources.
