whatever shit I happen to have at the moment.
regret every pair of shoes I buy at places like ross.
feel like I'm getting too old to wear sneakers but I still wear jeans too.
best pair of shoes I ever owned was some $70 nike's bought when I was like 16 and they lasted until I was like 26.
So barefoot is ideal but it's a lot of work. I am content to just wear shoes that don't cramp my toes or lift my heels. Problem is I go into the shoe store and here's my options: >neglect your family work to have time to strive for physical perfection and run barefoot >wear these silly fricken foot canoes with 6" heels and 30 square feet of foam
Frick this I got a jump rope in the garage.
I recently moved to a place that has a grass running track so I’m doing barefoot sprint intervals. I’ve put on a lot of size in my glutes and calves, and my feet are looking veiny as frick. I highly recommend. I’m frickin shredded.
do you have the individualized toe ones, or regular shoe looking ones?

I have an old pair of Saucony running shoes that I started lifting in and that was a mistake since they had custom insoles in them. I was wondering why my squats didnt feel right, so I switched them out to some Adidas Sambas and they work just fine.
I usually wear nike pegasus for low effort runs and new balance supercomp for pr runs or races. At the gym I just wear vans slipons since they're completely flat.
Reebok crossfit shoes
They have firmer heel than regular sneakers which makes them nicer for squatting without making me look like an autist when I do anything other than squats
bare feet
Rebok lifting shoes i got on sale. Theyre pretty good
Flat shoes for lifting
Running shoes for running
I did have a coach once who was a huge believer in bare foot training, dude never snapped his ankles ever
Anyway this is the end of the thread all posts after this are redundant

None whatsoever. Even started running barefoot before the snow came. Strength begins with a solid base

Nike air will literally almost make you fly into the air.
These types of shoes are cheating.
