youre gonna say im delusional and have body dismorphia but hes a bad example because he never built that much lean tissue. He was just very lean and had lots of sarcoplasmic hypertrophy from roids which just deflates after getting off. So relatively he never built that much muscle nuclei
Doesn't help that he barely lifts now, if he started going hard again I bet he would look great
