    At the same weight? Almost impossible... you'd have to be genetically gifted and start a very strict regime from early age. The Chinese pick out and train some children this way out of millions and still can only find a few on his level (Tian Tao for example) but even those are obviously not natty. So in theory it's possible but only in theory.

      This, in China they have kids try a bunch of different sports and pick those who are the most naturally talented in any given sport out of the entire country. These guys have insane genes, have been training since they were kids, and are taking PEDs.

    Only at 2x the bodyweight, and even then it will be challenging.
    Go load up 185kg (405ish) and snatch grip deadlift it. Feel how slow that is. Then decide how much stronger you need to be to accelerate it overhead in one motion.

      BUT you still gotta bring it up to navel height, AND have godly technique and bottom stability.
      AND then, since God loves the outcasts but hates the weightlifters, you get to overhead squat it up - can you even low bar back squat it?

        I would say I'm solidly intermediate. This site has skewed your perspective, my lifts consistently impress people in my gym and qualify as "reasonably" strong. Regardless I'm certainly strong enough that I would expect to be able to jerk an empty bar without trap pain, so clearly my training has completely missed something that's important for oly lifts. Your snarky reply neither mocked me effectively nor answered my question, think next time you decide to waste valuable kilobytes of data on IST dot org.

            1/2/3/4/5 is stronger than 90% of everyone and firmly above average for a lifter.
            The average lifter being the average person, so about 5'9-6' tall and 150-180lbs

            yeah its not impressive for a beefcake 200lb+ untrained but for the AVERAGE lifter it is solid intermediate
