Nah, chicken is a solid choice.
yeah, you gonna end up deficient b12 and iron
B12 is in sipps. Iron can be acquired from canned mussels (very cheap).
Find a better way to make pork. Like braise a pork shoulder, melts and pulls apart so good and you should have enough for 3 meals.
Chicken isnt bad, but I assume you're getting chicken breast and in that case get some other meat as well. Your body needs some amount of fat for hormone shit, and lean meats are great but dont neglect a good cut of beef for some essential fats
Can I add eggs instead of beef for fats?
> Cant affod beef
Where are u from OP
Chicken is known to make you develop strogen
Beef is extremely expensive in countries where cows are only kept for milk production.
Ew Indian spotted
Some third world countries export meat and only keep the milk
India also keeps the urine & feces.
if you're eating enough fat from other sources, it's completely fine. i like low fat meat so i can get my daily fat from tastier things
>Chicken is known to make you develop strogen
4 posts in and already some moronation
Olive oil is a good fat source?
I'm dumb, sorry
yeah. i like eggs and peanuts
Thank you my boy
Olive oil, avocados, coconut, eggs, and so on and so forth.
You don't need all your fats to come from meat.
Just buy beef mince whenever there is a good deal and throw it in the freezer. Also get some turkey.
Any long term consequence of never eating any mammal?
I want to know too
I refuse to eat mammals
Unless you live close to the sea, your wallet would be hurting from all the fish you’re going to have to consume instead
I'm going to regret asking
why?
>why?
simply not a fan of pork and I eat red meat maybe once every two months on special occasions, that's all really
Main risk is developing an aversion to something you eat too much of, then not being able to stomach it for a while. I find having at least 3 different main protein sources to cycle through is sustainable long term.
Try to mix it up with cheap fish, eggs, maybe some plant protein if that works for you, etc. Don't force yourself to eat anything you hate.
there are animals swimming in the ocean that are filled with protein bruh
eat goat, rabbit, horse...
there are more options
Yea, being a broke b***h your whole life
Develop a taste for sardines to at least give you a different flavor in your new life.
