Cant breathe after meals, WTF bros

Asked plebbit about my breathing problems and burps not comming up after meals (and needing to force-puke up 10 times to be able to go to sleep, puking where there is small amounts of blood in it)

They freaked out and told me to go to ER. They are overreacting r-right?

      Yes, I believe it's because grass fed takes longer to grow and fatten up for slaughter by many months, so the fat actually has time to yellow, unlike the fast turn-out of the grainfed and metabolically sick cheaper cuts.

    there probably a food you ate that you are slightly allergic to. common food allergies are:
    nuts
    nightshades (tomatoes, peppers etc)
    shellfish
    wheat
    dairy (actual allergy and lactose intolerance)

    the obvious solution is just to stop eating the things that make you sick and switch to different food sources to hit your macros

    You need to eat more fermented foods. In fact every meal you have should come with a small helping of something fermented. It can be a condiment like sauerkraut or a beverage like kombucha or kefir but regardless your digestive system needs fermented foods to function properly.

    Obviously it can work without these foods but it has to work much harder which depletes your body of its vitamin and mineral reserves. Also poor digestion means your body is not getting all the nutrients it can out of the food you're eating. So you're basically wasting gains by having poor digestion, the food you eat it is going through you and the nutrients are not getting properly absorbed.
