Can't lose last few pounds

I am underweight (125lb at 5'10) and I still can't see my abs. I can pinch a roll of fat on my stomach. People literally do not believe that I weight 125 because I don't look skeletal, I have some muscle on me. I recently lost a good amount of weight before this (30lb).

I ate at 1400 for 3 months and didn't lose a single pound. Wtf do I do? I've been lifting and my muscles have been getting larger, but this fricking fat will not go away. Wtf do I do??

So you're dieting even though you're underweight? You just sound like an anorexic teenage girl lol. There's no chance in hell you have any muscle at that weight and height. Start a bulk and get jacked brah

I don't give a frick about being underweight, I look totally fine. I don't have a ton of muscle but I definently don't look even close to underweight.

Put on more muscle, then try again. What else is there to do?

I'm doing that right now. I'm eating more and slowly gaining weight, like .5lb a week. I'm hoping that recomp will happen.

Anon I don’t think that’s fat, if you just lost a decent bit of weight that is most likely just loose skin
You do not have the muscle mass to where you’d see a whole lot of definition. Do some basic strength training and five your skin some time to shape itself. Or fill in the space with muscle instead of fat

Oh for heaven's sake. Anon you've got to be quite lean to not be able to pinch some skin on your belly. I probably have about as much fat on my body as you do, I just have more muscle, which should be your primary goal right now

I've been eating more since December and I've gained 3-4lb, but I have noticed a roll of fat when I sit down. I think I'm just freaked out about gaining any fat at all because of how much I hated being fat

Try to focus less on that and focus more on eating nutritious whole foods and turning your 8 rep max into 9, into 10, into 11, turning that 100lb lift into 105 into 110, 115, best thing you can do for your body composition long term if you just focus on that for a while

Thankfully that's exactly what I've been doing. The first week of doing it felt amazing, my dick was rock hard all the time and I had tons of energy, but I already feel fatigued and tired all the time again, despite eating well.

    >he bought into the meme of abs being made in the kitchen
oh no no. abs are made in the gym, as is every other muscle. then they are made visible in the kitchen, as is every other muscle. who would have thought? damn, its almost like it makes sense or something

What would be required for those skeletons to reach a healthy muscular bodyweight? Also could lifting save them?
