        To normies lateral delts are an accessory lift to OHP. Ohp doesn't grow your shoulders. Lateral raises do.

        Therefore if you want size, lateral raises need to be your main lift. When you're doing straight arm, no elbow bend, lateral raises for 35 yet alone 30 you'll see yourself get cannonball delts

          Yes it does. Place your hand on your side delt and do a one arm ohp motion. Then do a lateral raise motion. The side delt is working in both motions.
          The reason it does is because it's a movement you can overload and use more weight on.

    Rear delts. Hit them hard and heavy. And don't be a pussy. 50-60lb rear delt swings/raises. Rear delts make the whole shoulder look bigger.
