      The study you didn't even read, you just read someone else's summary of it, found that beyond 25-30g of protein per meal there was no further increase to muscle protein synthesis.
      That doesn't mean that your body "pisses out the rest". Once protein synthesis needs are met, excess amino acids are converted to glucose to meet energy needs.
