Alright so I need som discussion about carbs. No morons, only people with actual knowledge. My question is: all animals, be they carnivorous or herbivorous get their main caloric intake from fats. Carnivors directly from eating it, and herbivores from the excretion of fatty acids when their gut bacteria breaks down fiber. So why would it be a good idea for humans to have the main calories from carbs? Imo it seems like lchf diet is ideal.

First of all you can't even spell carnivore so I suggest you work on that before you call anyone a moron, bub.
Well I was writing while taking a shit, you get the point homosexual.
If you work a high intensity physical job then yeah high card might be good for you. If not, try to balance carbs, protiens and fats. And drink water.
>Imo it seems like lchf diet is ideal.
It is. For me, it's wild seafood, eggs, butter, and homemade kefir.
If you need more energy, you just eat more fat. It's more eficient, too.
Your brain will use three fourths of ketones and one fourth of glucose to work optimally.
Your body can use glucose directly.
It's even required for your brain.
Your body can also create the glucose you need in your body without dietary carbohydrates…?
If you were to find yourself some 15000 years ago wherever you are before the agricultural revolution, the only carbs you'd find were herbs, tubers, nuts, wild onions and berries. Readily available carb-rich fruit were not available since there were none, carb-rich grains were not available since there was no farming, I'm not even talking about refined sugar.
Don't forget about winter - everything is covered in snow and there is no Walmart filled with carb-rich goyslop goodness.
Considering all of this, a low-carb, medium protein and fat-rich diet is what we evolved on. We didn't evolve eating 600kcal breakfast from cereal filled with sugar. Remember, there's a reason why grains are considered a peasant food.
Yea I’ve wondered why the high carb is shilled but I agree with this.
Because its easy to produce for the goy cattle
It's funny that it took domestication of grains for civilization to appear. It's also funny that grainchads btfo all hunter gatherer subhumans, because they were stronger, smarter and better equipped. And it's really funny that meat consumption was seen as barbaric and subhuman in the past and only as an option in a dire situation like a failed harvest.
It’s funny that our ancestors had bigger brains and were taller. Then agriculture happened and everyone became a manlet serf.
Damn where did all of these genius giants dissapear to? Oh wait, they were too busy starving while eating rotten flesh while the grainchads had their bellies full of carbs and were fricking their women.
No the ice age happened and the previous foods disappeared. So out of necessity we started eating other stuff. Which had detrimental effects to our bodies.
Correction: the ice age stopped*
The previous foods disappeared, because human went to places where they weren't native to like Europe and Asia and all the megafauna were not accustomed to them so they hunted them untill extinction, because people are moronic like that. Then they realized this system is dumb and domesticated crops and killed off all other morons that were too busy starving while hunting shitty fauna like pigs and deer which was unsustainable. And here we are today.
Greeks had a meat and seafood heavy diet. As did the early Romans.
Mongolians had a diet of meat and dairy and were much larger in stature than the rice fed Chinese.
>It's also funny that grainchads btfo all hunter gatherer subhumans, because they were stronger, smarter and better equipped
No it's because there were more of them. It's alot easier getting and raising kids when ur sitting at your house watching wheat grow. Most of evolution works this way where volume will eventually beat a smarter/stronger/faster populace.
Farmers were basically an invasive species that destroyed grazing/hunting lands and shat out goyslob manlet kids.
>why would it be a good idea for humans to have the main calories from carbs
It's cheaper. Its not better in anyway but it far more affordable and they produce more calories from ATP cycles so they are fiscally more viable. Its like eating beans instead of meat for protein
>Beans

most animal don't have a IQ of a 100 either.. They don't sweat like humans do either... Why is it a good idea to measure what you should do by what other animals do?
We share an ancestry and has evolved somewhat similarly. If all vertebrae have a similar micronutrient split why would humans be the exception. Also our intelligence comes from eating meat, becoming great tactical hunters and wienering said meat… which supports not eating carbs.
>We share an ancestry and has evolved somewhat similarly.
We also share ancestry with fish that can breath under water but we now breath over water. How come we do that if we share ancestry?
>Also our intelligence comes from eating meat
Then how come animals didn't get intelligent? Lions and wolfs only eat meat. Some animals only eat grass
How is one being an exception to the others an argument against their diet?
Coocking is a major part as to why we became intelligent, more nutrition can be extracted from the food that way. And hunting megafauna required us to become inventive. Lions and wolves have claws and teeth and a general physique that allows them to hunt. Where’s we lacked all this and had to use our brains to figure out smart ways to get kills.
>My question is: all animals, be they carnivorous or herbivorous get their main caloric intake from fats.
that's simply not true
furthermore no animal that is healthy is in ketosis most of the day, ketosis is a state of sickness or famine
>So why would it be a good idea for humans to have the main calories from carbs? Imo it seems like lchf diet is ideal
in order to get enough glucose to avoid ketosis
humans have a much higher brain glucose requirement
it can ofc, otherwise you would die with no dietary carbs, but you will get in ketosis which isn't good
inuits were tiny despite eating only meat compared to the carb fueled nmeuropean explorers that first contacted them
Montenegrin people are now taller than any hunter gatherer population in the past
and also have a far denser population, they eat a lot of carbs
high carb diets are encouraged because in most places farmers that produce grains and corn are given huge subsidies to produce excessive amounts to make it cheap to feed our massive populations. not all carbs are bad, unprocessed carbs are a very good immediate energy source and have been a part of our historical diet for a very long time(whole grain breads, tubers, etc.) however modern food product carbs are mostly from things like highly processed subsidized corn byproducts and grains that prey on our natural inclinations to seek out high caloric content foods and produce a form of addiction for sweet foods. I believe for optimal caloric intake your carb intake should be significantly lower than your fat and protein consumption. avoid processed sugars and sweeteners as much as possible and sugars should generally be limited and from natural sources like fruits. Not saying to eat a shitload of grapes. if you eat bread it should be a limited portion and not a processed white bread. most grain products sold in the united states are ultra processed and contain significantly more sugars than normal.
