What is your preferred form of cardio?

Stopped doing the stationary bike because my wiener and prostate were getting fricked up. Might have been my seating position or some height issue with the machine. Switched to the rowing machine and so far it has been great. Also going for walks and runs; not sure what happened though as my heels are covered in blisters, hoping it heals in a few days and calluses over. Jump rope bends me over like a b***h. Swimming is fun and I'm excited for the summer.
I would like to know your thoughts and experiences with cardio.

    Fricking my wifes brains out but that doesn’t happen as often and for a long as I need to do cardio so

    >incline treadmill
    >rowing machine
    Rowing machine is for dyels and old people but I guess it’s not totally lower body so I do it every so often. Doesn’t make me sweat like sprinting or that stairmaster at level 15 for 20 mins tho.

    I mow my lawn in a weighted vest and wear it doing chores around the house (dishes, vaccum, laundry). Every little calorie helps

    I cycle everywhere I go. Daily it ends up being about 3-5km of cycling. It’s such a cheat code but I’ll be honest I’m gonna dump it the minute I get my licence.

    Rowing machine is good but from someone who used to tow you gotta make sure your technique is correct otherwise you’re gonna risk an injury to your lower back.

    I run a mile after my work outs. I also live on the third floor so that helps.

    I don't have a preferred form of cardio. I jog a mile 2-3 times a week, sometimes 4-5 depending on if the shitty gay Black person weather is permitting. I used to do 30mins of incline treadmill but I'm pressed for time in the morning so I just substituted the 30mins of low impact cardio with my jog instead, and I lift for a little longer.

    Bike while playing games. But I run for higher heart rate stuff just seems to be the simplest to do and easiest to to control my hr with.
