Do you do cardio IST?

Been bulking for a few months and starting to get kind of fat. Thinking it's because I haven't been doing any cardio. How often do you do cardio? Also for how long?

    you're bulking too hard. You should ideally be gaining 2-3lbs a month.
    Also you should be doing cardio regularly whether or not you're bulking.

      That's exactly what I've been thinking too. I'm going to lower down the calories a bit and add some cardio.

        That may take you out of a bulk and into a cut. You can add cardio while eating the same. It depends on your goals though, lots of variables

    I hadn't done any cardio in a few months before yesterday, I did a few rounds of sled pushes then 20 minutes on the stairmaster
    It was not fun

      No, Cardio is for retards. Exercising will not help you lose fat, whatsoever. You could work out all day and you will lose very little bodyfat compared to the amount of work put in.
      The only actual way to lose fat is to fix your diet and fast. In which case, what is the point of cardio? Are you going to be running marathons for fun?

      lmao cardio is as important, if not more important than being big unless you want to die of cardiac arrest at age 60

    Incorporate it into your daily routine. I find burpees is a good and time-minimal way to really make you hate existence but rooming is more fun if time permits and your knees/legs aren't presently injured or in need of recovery

    I never thought I did that much cardio until I realised how little everyone else does.
    I do 20-30 minutes on the crosstrainer or jogger before every weight session. FeelsGoodMan.

        No, fixing your diet means not eating like a retard. Eat mostly meat and healthy fats, cut sugar completely, cut seed oils almost completely if possible. Fast for one or two days a week.
        This doesnt mean not eating pasta every other week, but it means you cant do it every day and eat big macs. Your choice, either stay a fat fucking loser or pay the price for a good body and healthy mind.

            I never said anything about eating grass. Cut seed oils, cut sugars, and fast. Thats it. I dont eat greens and im 12% body fat, just because my diet is mainly meat and saturated fats.

      i have like a 90 bpm resting heart rate, i should probably do cardio but i hate any form of cardio. im actually pretty lean but i dislike long form exercise so much. i like lifting cuz i can do a lot of effort in a short time and then just rest. running for 30 mins just sounds like torture to me.

    I run to the gym, It takes about 5 minutes.
    That's the only cardio I do.
