No you don't think it's fine. You thoughtlessly regurgitate the pathetic shit TPTB tell you. Nobody naturally thinks a pathetic mile run is good enough. homosexual. A mile race is good enough. Are you racing, gay? No. You can never race a mile with your routine.

Hours? A two mile run shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes.

They don't even lift. Most of them discuss meme lifts but don't actually do it.

          Sounds about right

Cardio is overrated. The best way to stay for is fork put downs.

How long does it take you? I’m starting rowing too and I’m curious for pacing.

If it's medium intensity there's no way you can do 12 hours of it AND lift in any meaningful capacity.

id rather be an endurance athlete than a bodybuilder or powershart. it’s fun feeling the burn in your pecs and glutes when you’re on a runners high and hella focused. having big muscles is overrated af

How will you attract men to frick you without big muscles incel

that’s exactly why I don’t want the big muscles, they are for incels trying to look good. presumably you since you’re so touchy about it and are projecting onto me

No I do 15 minutes before I start my lift days, then I do 30 minutes on my mobility+plyometric dedicated days

Do you have a good routine for the latter?

        Anonymous

Not really, I'm just kind of cycling through different stretching routines until I find one I like and for the plyo stuff it's just box jumps, side jumps, explosive pull ups, etc. I don't really have the routine dialed in but I rock climb so having even a session a week dedicated to that stuff has a pretty significant positive impact.

I do medium intensity cardio most of the time that I'm awake. Pretty much only stop for a bit to do research, eat food, drink water. I'd probably be pretty lean if I didn't constantly do everything I can to put on mass including using mass gainer, consuming tons of honey, and just eating lots of good in general.

I do 1,5hour of walking every day, I am extremely low energy when cutting and I prefer to save it for lifting. I still do HIIT once per week though on my rest day.
