Carnivore diet

Does it work? Is it sustainable? Why are vegetables bad?
I need to lose 40 lbs in two months. I can’t do salt water fasting because I can’t tolerate the taste (I can’t swallow it without gagging and vomiting).
Any advice would be appreciated.

Just eat fewer calories than you burn. The easiest things to cut out are grains, oils, and nuts. Don't cut out vegetables. Don't cut out fruit. Leave potatoes, carrots, and the starchy vegetables in your diet. Make sure you're eating ate least 1g protein per pound of body weight.

eat only boiled potatoes, they are pretty much impossible to overeat and low in calories

    >does it work
anything works if you’re not eating a lot of calories. given carnivore is mostly restricting you to high protein stuff that isn’t as calorie dense as pastries then it can work yes.
    >why are vegetables bad
they aren’t. disregard any moron who tells you they are. only vegetables smothered in cheese and ranch/sauce are bad but that’s the cheese and sauce not the veggies.

Carnivore focuses mostly on leaving seeds and tubers, which on current consumption levels are most likely the cause of many modern conditions, on a chemical/tissue level, including obesity. Depends on the amount. Fruits vary. I'm carnivore but I think zucchinos and mangoes are harmless.

They're manmade plants full of toxins and aren't found in nachure. they also don't have over fifteen nootrients

Buy empty pills on Amazon and put salt in it.
Fast. You're obviously too moronic for a whole diet change. Just stop eating.

Don't do this, it hurts your stomach lining and you can get a rupture. If the salt doesn't taste good then your body has enough salt.

It works and is sustainable. Requires no doc visits. You can live entirely off beef and fat.

Mostly beef here, gained weight from underweight. Many stories of fatties losing weight or changing composition.

Salt water fast? Thats moronic. Just eat bacon and beef and you're golden.

moron, frick off. Grifter is billy eilish telling the world to go vegan shilling for the flavoured cardboard industry. Food derived from cattle is superior in every single way to all other foods.

I lost 30lbs in 3 months going strict carnivore and lifting 6 days a week fren.
Have been carnivore for 6 months now.
Some shit about “plants don’t want to be eaten” so they have chemicals in them for defense.
Buy whole roasts and cut the steaks yourself to save money.

    >Does it work?
Probably for someone and some time.
    >Is it sustainable?
    Idk.
    >Why are vegetables bad?
They are good for me at least.

Just don't eat over you calories limit and be active. O do it when cutting and lose weight consistently.

Carnivore is hard at first. Cravings for carbs and sugar are brutal. Until I tried it I couldn't imagine being desperate to eat rice.
There were a lot of benefits but I'm not sure weight loss was one of them.

Make/buy salt preserved lemons, and make a jug of water with one in there.

juice half a lemon into one liter of water, put the juiced lemon in the container overnight so the lemon oils enhance the flavour and refrigerate overnight, strain the next day. makes it a lot more palatable. also lower the salt amounts a bit if it's really that nasty
