    there's literally nothing wrong with pasteurised milk. I'm guessing you drink the cream as well, so it's gonna be high in fat.
    Switch to low fat milk, add in fruit and rice, cut your fat intake regardless and obviously avoid pufas.
    Also go fricking lift, big muscles make you leaner at the same bodyweight.

    Swap lard with tallow and you're golden. Dairy only eat if you're trying to gain weight, you must be pretty new to IST if you don't know that yet from all the GOMAD memes. A single gallon of milk has nearly 3000 calories, hence why GOMAD exists, so people (typically DYELs) trying to gain weight can use dairy to put on calories easier.

    if you cut the milk you'll lose weight, you're better off actually eating fruit and veg though (and leaner meat, wild meat is not as fatty as farmed shit)
