Switch to low fat milk, add in fruit and rice, cut your fat intake regardless and obviously avoid pufas.

Swap lard with tallow and you're golden. Dairy only eat if you're trying to gain weight, you must be pretty new to IST if you don't know that yet from all the GOMAD memes. A single gallon of milk has nearly 3000 calories, hence why GOMAD exists, so people (typically DYELs) trying to gain weight can use dairy to put on calories easier.
