It isn't a fallacy if the essence of the argument is what is natural for a human to eat.
For me nothing has produced better results at curing actual illness then fasting. Bacon won't save you nor will kale smoothies. Food is entropic poison and the final redpill is simply don't eat and meditate on the Supreme reality at all times. Lifting and raw beef liver won't save you because nothing in this world can.

Yes, what you don't understand is that plants are in an arms race with animals, plants defend themselves by being toxic and the animals that eat them evolve to deal with that. It's not just the toxicity that's bad, since animals can also potentially be toxic, but the fact that their general makeup is vastly different from the makeup of animals, meaning it takes more steps, more energy, to convert plant matter into animal matter, which obviously isn't the case when breaking down animal matter. This is evident when you compare a herbivore's vs. carnivore's digestive system, from a nature perspective, meat is clearly the more nutritious food. The burden of processing plants by eating copious amounts, eating for hours a day, chewing thoroughly, and digesting it in their large/specialized guts, or really it is more accurate to say it's fermented and then the by-product is digested, is done by herbivores and their nutrients, concentrated in their body, are eaten by carnivores, who can easily absorb animal matter as evidenced by the relatively smaller guts, more infrequent feedings (feasting and fasting), lack of chewing, and lower food volume. All this to say that yes, the right is vastly superior nutritionally. Video related, how is it that people can literally just eat ribeye and be fine yet the man in the video can not even last a week and is in pain? That should tell you everything.

Eat steak and broccoli for a healthy meal. Broccoli on its own is insufficient especially for someone that works out. And the meats pictured on the right contain a large amount of preservatives and fillers which are not the best.

I did carnivore for 2 weeks and I lost 8 pounds. I have to assume some of that was muscle, so I’m taking a 2 week break. Felt really really good on carnivore though
