It's broken. Your finger bones are pretty small so you can tolerate the pain and it doesn't get that inflamed. Go to the doctor to get it checked and frick your boss.

Yep, it has at least fracture. Go to the hospital, get them to confirm, then you can go on insurance since it happened at work. Your boss obviously said it’s not broken so he doesn’t have to do the paperwork

Go to A+E, moron - better to queue for 5/6 hours for free healthcare and to be sure than have a complication.

Go to a+e. But while you're waiting, put ice on it. If it starts hurting after a while, you definitely have something broken. Either way, go to a+e to be sure

Erryone was telling me to 'man up' and it'll be fine. My friends say otherwise. What's the worse that can happen? I can'tuse my left thumb very well.

Wrap it up a few times (not too tight) and then ice it while you wait at hospital.

I got no ice, I might just wait till tomorrow and see what happens.

I have an important role as a process engineer and even my boss is working 12-14 hour days to get product out the door.

          You can't get ice?

This is America tier stupidity. Well, you're brown, what did I expect?

I could but it's cold and I'm cba to go back outside. Also, I am mixed but, not brown-skinned.

You can expect triple to over ten times recovery time. Possibly long term or permanent limited mobility. Aesthetically deformed etc.

          >>go to the doctor

A friend's missus is a nurse. She said go minor injuries unit tomorrow cos I won't get seen in A&E till early hours otherwise.

Translation: don't you dare try to file an insurance claim or we will fight it tooth and nail in court. This is entirely your fault. You decided to show up and get hurt today and there is nothing we can do about it.
