This is me at 6’3” 208lbs right now. I used to be like 230~ when i was younger but after a long and slow diet just counting calories I want to try bulking now. I want to get back up to 230 but with mostly muscle. This is only day 4 but im hitting my macros and im training to failure a lot at the gym. Should 230 be my goal for this bulk or should i just keep building more muscle before i do my first cut?

Im tracking my lifts with fitlist its going pretty well and im using Loseit to track calories and macros. How do these macros look with a calorie budget of 2650?
Your macros are pretty good. You don't have to be autistic about it, but try to eat 25g+ bio-available protein (meat, dairy, eggs, whey, etc.) per meal. Helps with satiety and is good for hypertrophy. Also, you have a pretty fast metabolism if you are losing weight at a decent rate eating 2650.

Cutting before bulking up is literally the name of the game. It's best for health, performance, and generally just looking like you actually work out. No need to get too lean, but getting to around 12-15% bodyfat is a good idea.

Im 6'3 208lbs
Keep bulking until you get to reasonable strength levels. Not 1/2/3/4 because that’s hard to achieve within a year for someone who’s tall and never lifted before but yeah you would have no mass left if you were to cut now. Being a bit fat will help get your numbers up which will help build muscle if you can stand looking a bit fat for about 6 months. Stay below 20% bf. Make sure you track actual muscle strength by using isolations though. Compounds are helped too much by body mass but they are important for gaining muscle mass and strength. Body weight exercises (mainly push-ups and pull-ups) are hard if you’re tall. Standard push-ups are like bench pressing 70% of your weight, so you need to be able to bench press this for reps before you get any benefit from them

Agree with the other anons here. You do look like you have some muscle but early on in your journey building muscle is much easier (you can probably build muscle while cutting). If you bulk now you'll bulk away your newbie gains (the only time where you'll really be able to cut and build muscle at the same time). Besides not letting your bodyfat get out of control is always a good idea (imagine how long your next cut will be)
I would perhaps cut a little longer. Just another 30 days or so. Then just bulk until you reach a certain degree of flabbiness. You'll want a 250-350 calorie surplus per day most likely.

I'm a mechanic so I'm doing a lot of physical labor like 50 hours a week. Now that I'm working out like 2 hours 6 days a week with that too I'm definitely burning a lot of calories. Do I need to go crazy on eating healthy only to get down to say 14% body fat? I've never gotten super lean before.
It depends on what you mean as "healthy". Health is important, but it doesn't necessary mean low calorie or filling. Avocados and olive oil are healthy, but are high calorie and not very filling. Diet coke and protein pancakes probably aren't too healthy, but they certainly can help you lose weight.
I'll try and remember that. What can I look out for to lose bodyfat and keep the little muscle I have instead of just losing everything?
Just eat and lift consistently. That's all, it's hard to frick up really.

Weigh around 220-225 rn depending on how much i ate and whatever. Down from 265 two months ago. 6'1. lifts are 385 squat, 275 bench, 455 dead, and 190 OHP. Bodyfat estimate? im thinking like 28-30%. Been lifting 8 months
