You’re more or less right, as I’ve said before I’m really just looking to add a few more lbs of muscle before I lean out and switch to maintenance going forward. At that point I may only lift 2x/wk.
Nobody outside the gym cares whether you bench 225 or 295. At some point, overall fitness, sustainability, health, leanness, and sustainability have to be more important.
Get strong and fit to live a good life, not to impress a bunch of internet losers.

Around 86 kilos bodyweight in all pictures. I had pretty good progress in the first 3 or 4 months, but I've slowed down so much. Strength wise I've been regressing on some exercises. Do I need gear? I need to get 1234 before the 1 year mark is up or I'm a dyel according to /fit
If you're no longer making progress, change the exercises or lift more weight more often. You're nowhere near the natural limit, so I don't think you need to juice.
Making actual gains in 7 months is promising. Most people are too lazy or inept to have the mind muscle connection, which is essentially the ability to flex a muscle on demand under load, to build that much muscle in the first place. You're doing good. Just do the thing and don't focus so hard on the destination but the journey, because there is no destination.

If I were you, I would lean bulk until mid-April then cut back down to visible abs for the summer.
