Chad Bike

>full body workout
>have to be careful with it, because it gasses you so hard you will get to the brink of passing out
>can be used every single day
>literally the only cardio that competes with it is swimming
>but is actually a lot more convenient due to being indoor and no dispatching needed
>again, it is a full body workout, doubled cardiovascular gains

I bought the one off Rogue but it was $1200 CAD at the time and I had a $500 gift card. I don't know how much they are now but it's definitely cheaper than a treadmill. I think it's similar in price to a rower.

it is funny considering air bike is cheaper but dozens of times superior to a treadmill
treadmill market is like gaming pc market, overpriced machines with fake features that sheeple will gladly slurp up

You don't need a brand new assault bike. I got a 2 yr old airdyne for 100 bucks

    >literally the only cardio that competes with it is swimming
Competes for what? The only appeals of swimming is it has zero impact on joints and that it engages most of the body, neither of which is true for the assault bike.

Both do, have you never actually used an air bike anon?

      >it has zero impact on joints and that it engages most of the body
both of these applies to air bike though, do you even know how air bikes works?
where is the impact coming from? use your brain for a moment and rethink your answer

Swimmers commonly get shoulder injuries because of the leverages. It doesn't take any weight or even resistence for people to injure themselves or harm their joints. Hell I've seen people harm themselves shadow boxing even with appropriate stopping. The best cardio will always be the one your train safely and push your limits in a controlled fashion. Trying to find lower impact cardio because you want to go all out is like looking for crutch before you've even begun. There is no substitute for self-discipline.

I'm tempted to get one, but does it really deliver more than a £150 folding bike if you hammer it with the same intensity?

Does anyone have advice on how high the seat ought to be? I've got long legs so I can't set the seat where I would with a normal bike, knees end up more bent. Is this normal?
