Probably genetics, I know people that blast ungodly amounts of roids and have clear skin (albeit a bit dry) and full head of hair, I know people that get fully covered with acne and start shedding from basic test. Personally, I also have issues with test, if I go beyond 400mg/week I start getting minor acne (mostly sebum inflamation) on my upper back and chest, but if I keep it 400 or below, my skin is fine. I think it's more DHT than Test though, I've yet to experiment with taking Finasteride while upping Test dose and see how it pans out but I can't be fricked going to a dermatologist to get a script.

The only reason I’m glad I didn’t start gear younger. Well I guess that and you’re more likely to ego lift younger and roids will let you ego lift more and thus frick up your joints worse far more than if you stay natty. I had bad enough acne naturally, can only imagine on gear. If you have even low moderate acne stay the frick away from gear it’s not worth it.
