        you're right, a good rule of thumb is that eye level to the top of the head is roughly 6" (sometimes 5-5.5" if the person has a small head). A full head starts at 25cm (10"), and for tall guys can go to 11-12"
        left is roughly 30cm taller than the middle guy, and 15cm taller than the right guy
        could be something like 6'4" vs 5'4" vs 5'10"

        Uh no.
        Heads are not 1’ long. Maybe 8 inches if you have a long skull. Half of a head is 4” and 6” is a clear difference because it’s an average head lengths difference (give an inch).
