chipotle can also be good for bulking if you do
    >brown rice
    >black beans
    >chicken
    >lettuce
    >gaucamole
sometimes i cave and get a half serving of queso though

It says wholesome which means its good for regular people but not butter huffers who are pretending that they want to lose weight.

It's decent, depending on what you get exactly. Chipotle is more appropriate for bulking, though. You can also just make a lot of bowls at home because it's just rice + beans + protein.

Good option for a fast food lunch if you can control your fat ass when ordering, but not worth it value-wise to do too often.

It can be healthy if you make it right for what you need. And it's insanely better than fast food or processed food. But for me it gets boring but I'm happy it's there when I need it.

    Use their websites nutrition calculator:
    https://chipotle.com/nutrition-calculator

Some toppings add a ton of calories. If you're looking to lose weight, not knowing what you're putting on it can turn it from a 600 calorie bowl to a 1200 calorie bowl so you gotta be mindful with the cheese, sour cream and guac. I often omit the rice if I'm watching calories.

Former Chipotle wagie here. The food is made from ingredients in store except the meat and queso which are shipped in already made. The real problem with Chipotle is the ridiculous pricing.

It's made of things that are easy to make yourself.
