    I’m in here I go 8 and 10 here at 3 small plate 160 or 165 pound…. Lifting casually…. After a long layoff… week or so… lifts are tough!

    My whole speal? I had 155 19 off the rack this year… which is probably less difficult than the 225 9 i ended at off the rack… finesse potential for maybe a 10 as i bounced off the peg unracking… reracked… possible 11? I was probably capable of at least 370 fs at that time

    I wanted 600 pound fs and 700 pound dead and I feel like I was months away.., you guys know Brett Favre is easily stronger than that? Didn’t prioritize getting stronger once he reached a certain level.. Brett a higher potential athlete than myself…. Would have basically always been the fastest guy growing up…

    Rod Woodson would have been possibly the greatest quarterback of all time… Favre always wanted to play defense… in my opinion top one and two greatest defenders of all time are Lawrence Taylor and Rod Woodson… massive impacts on winning…

    I don’t think Tim’s full routine is that important from a casual or even higher level practical performance perspective… but for instance if you’re ever having any issue with pressure on the low back squatting to depth… cross your back up on foam roller… then get into tim’s rocking

    Tim’s whole experimental approach… gait pattern regression… may be important to inducing superhuman performance… but as all our guys grew up with perfect posture and great gait… may not be the best focus on any given day… might be something to look into though… i know i want to down the line…

    I do short hold stretches pretty often… 5-10 seconds for a coupld sets… multiple times a day is good… get on knees on carpet… get upright… if feeling loose maybe shrug shoulders with neck pulled back to get more upright… is good breathing pose for most stretches… i like downward dog… touch the ground or feet stretch before getting into downward dog… column or wall biceps stretch to avoid tendonitis in arms

    This seem like great stretch… can move side to side get different types of stretches… i like sit on ground… try to open hips a bit… i don’t hit it to too much tension as my knees can be sensitive… that’s another great pull neck back shrug shoulders get upright breathing pose… you can go pretty far getting into many sets or longer holds with some of these stretches…

    Before i squat i love some extension to and curl from deadbug… i do chair squats, some sets of short hold figure 8s… rocking… maybe less important in the immediate (but tim’s stuff is great in theory to open you up)… upper lower body rolls… cross crawl… all our guys will have superior knowledge of exercise to myself…

    Our retired guys, natty…who do this type of thing… I’m told can still easily do 700 pound dead 600 pound fs… associated c and j and snatch… myself i have shoulder condition… guys like Rod, Brett.. perfect health… Ricky… perfect health…mentally physically in all case the natty guys hold up best long term… Favre for instance is known to have recently demonstrated his trademark great lifting ability…
