Fellow strugglers rise the frick up, I can’t be the only one dealing with this shit.
>sleepless nights
>muscle weakness/no stamina
>tight and poor mobility
>random inflammation flair ups
>lost 15 kgs body weight
>lifting numbers on main lifts all dropped by half
>pain meds basically useless
How do we preserve our gains while waiting for useless larping specialists to actually pin the nail on the donkey ,going on 5 months now

Dry needling with electric stimulation. Cleared up the pain of 2 simultaneously herniated discs so that I could actually do what the PT wanted to help them heal. Also regained an inch of the 1.5 I lost in height with the injury.
What workouts did you do for pit? Can I do dry needling on myself
a few of us told you not to do heavy compounds
now it's too late
Really, if you want to look good only doing squats and deadlifts is moronic
Carnivore diet. Give it a chance for 2 months.
barbell medicine
I think i fricked my lower back during deadlifts or squats
Nowadays even if i do a lightish squat i will feel my lower back for a few days
Look up Dr Rowe- spinecare decompression and find his videos that pertain to your issue and do those stretches. Then focus on strengthening your core. Might have to stop squatting and deadlifting for awhile.
Can't relate, have you ever tried dead hangs? Spinal decompression is bliss for me so I can't imagine what it'd feel like for you. Probably a growing dull pain that turns sharp followed by orgasmic ecstasy as you feel the throbbing orgasmic pulse of your heart in the base of your spine.
Deadhangs are often indicated in the successful management of back pain, might be worth trying.
I had severe back pain for years, sometimes it would lock up and I'd be walking bent in half. For irrelevant reasons I spent the night on my very soft sofa (as opposed to my orthopedic mattress) and on waking in the morning felt and heard a huge *CLUNK* in my lower spine. Terrified, I tried to slide off the sofa only to have another *CLUNK* in my neck.
Back pain instantly gone, and has never returned.
Dude the worst part is the sleepless nights. I do not want to touch steroids ever in life but if they where the solution for my back pain i would roid with the eyes closed.
I do not know what to do.
What caused your back issues?
I really dont know. I honestly think that i dont know becouse i have a high pain tolerance.
Sometimes i look at my hands when they feel wet and im bleeding, it happened to me more times than i can remember.
It developed not overnight i think but i have it for at least 6 years now. Upper back pain. Is not debilitating but definetely fricks my sleep big time.
Check out the McGill big 3, I follow that on a regular basis and I also use a standing desk and I’m able to do most of what I want.
His book helped me a lot. The tl;dr is to do those 3 exercises and fix your posture in everyday life. You can lift properly for 5 hours a week but frick up your back by sitting hunched and leaning over constantly to pick things up
Also my pain is upper back pain (i think ive got a pinched nerve) but if i am with a posture of reading for example my pain at bed exacerbates that same night. Also if i am studying with my laptop. Bad posture man but is the unconcious nerdy universal posture
Check up this guy, I think he is into something.
Training your back from all side to build tissue tolerance.
I am doing it since some weeks and to be honest my back feels great and strong
