>just have a nice day bro
Don't care, still lifting and getting lean.
He actually did a lot of low intensity activity like mild landscaping and gardening, not to mention walking a lot. This is the real key to longevity along with genetics. Regular, persistent low intensity exercise.
True, he was also a cavalry officer in his youth, so he had at least a baseline of fitness from his younger days.
And speaking only for myself, I'd rather be healthy, fit, and strong than live to ninety as a fat drunk. Quality over quantity, especially in old age.
Very much agree, which is why I try to do both. Train and play sports but also just walk places and shit. It's a double boon because anecdotally the people I knew who lived the longest also lived well the longest. People who die younger (outside of accidents and tragedies) seem to have bad last years. But it's still a crapshoot. Both my grandmas did everything right but one had a stroke in her mid 80s and was clueless and had to be taken care of after that while the other lived on her own with minor assistance unless she died at 93. Her brother is 95 and still pretty active.
He was also playing polo in his 70s.
It's absolute bs that he didn't play any sports
god i wish it was still acceptable to be buzzed at work all day and smoke cigars
>god i wish it was still acceptable to be buzzed at work all day
become a chef
>Genetics are everything when it comes to longevity
Nope.
Don't forget to be social, frens. Have meaning in life.
Maybe I should just bite the bullet. It won't be a long life though
Smoking tobacco is actually good for you
Ah yes, the hyper-contrarian take. One in every thread.
Ah yes, disregarding the fact that most centenarians were regular smokers.
>its not because, its in spite of...
cope
Most centenarians were genetic-super gifted, and weren't affected by tobacco much, unlike most normal people.
>its contrarian to do the thing that most civilizations were doing for thousands of years until US government ran a smear campaign against it
moron
Ah, I see. Turns out big tobacco were just the innocent victims after all.
Yeah a plant you can grow yourself is a corporation, a corporation that for some reason can't stop heavy restrictions and regulations against them even though worse substances can
Go have a nice day moron
LMAO. Tobacco companies fought and lobbied tooth and nail against regulations until the evidence against them was overwhelming.
Missing the point moron, there are worse substances than tobacco that dont face much regulations. Are you an absolute moron that truly believes the government cares about your health? You are hopeless
Like what?
nta but...
alcohol
meth
street heroin or "heroin"
benzos
Alcohol is heavily regulated most places and kills fewer of it's users than tobacco. The rest of those are illegal except benzos which requires a prescription.
>Alcohol is heavily regulated most places
Incorrect, less regulations than tobacco and freely allowed to advertise and not heavily taxed
>kills fewer of it's users than tobacco.
Also wrong
> Incorrect, less regulations than tobacco and freely allowed to advertise and not heavily taxed
Alcohol can not be "freely advertised" most places, and is highly taxed.
> Also wrong
https://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/fast_facts/diseases-and-death.html
https://www.cdc.gov/alcohol/features/excessive-alcohol-deaths.html
Number of tobacco deaths is over 3x number of alcohol deaths. And that's with fewer smokers than drinkers.
Of course I already know that you will just claim these stats are fake.
Excess alcohol deaths aka people that drank too much, how about the drunk driver deaths? Or the drunken fight deaths? Or how about the drunken mishaps deaths like falling off a building?
>And that's with fewer smokers than drinkers.
drinkers are not drinking daily. try drinking liter of liquor a day vs smoking a pack a day. obviously drinking is worse.
Drunk driving deaths are about 15k per year, so even adding that it's nowhere close. The other numbers will be even lower.
Yes, that's the point. Most people can drink in moderation with limited harm to health, less so with tobacco, as the numbers show.
>Most people can drink in moderation with limited harm to health, less so with tobacco, as the numbers show
I find that data extremely suspect.
How many boosters did you get so far
Hey NTA but i just wanted to tell you to have a nice day
Nice worthless input, do you have more nothing to say?
Yeah im back and i want to again tell you to have a nice day.
>kills fewer of it's users than tobacco.
Kek. No.
benzos and heroin might make you moronic but are not as physically damaging as tobacco or alcohol. in fact the only side effects of note from pure heroin are lower testosterone and constipation.
Did you somehow forget fricking dying?
Plastic
It should literally only be allowed for use by the health industry.
Moderate nicotine intake is good, not smoking
The occasional cigar is actually good
Which you are not meant to inhale
I inhale cigarillos am I going to die?
I hope so
You and me both
He sucked israelites’ dicks and helped Israel to be established so they allowed him to use their adrenochrome. Back in the day still extracted from live kids from orphanages, not like the synthetic sauce they use mostly nowadays.
Not really indicative of anything, though, that's a sample size of 1.
>Training for longevity
Couldn't be me. I will die a fricking sick c**t, not as some decrepit and sclerotic boomer in his death bed.
Genetics or money?
People with evil energy seem to live a long life, just look at Bill Clinton and Kissinger.
Funny how sacrificing one's morals to Moloch will bring longevity in this mortal realm, but everyone reaps what they sow
He also struggled with depression most of his life. Would you like those genetics?
his kids all died young so no, it wasn't genetics.
a lifetime of war crimes is fantastic for your longevity
>100 years old
>started a war which cost millions of lives
>destroyed england economically
>brought europe under the sway of israelites
>started the forever-war in the middle east
He is built for BBC
Dude he was fit af when he was young
