COFFEE

How much will my blood pressure improve from going from drinking 2 cups of coffee a day to 1 cup of coffee a day? I dont know what it is now, and last time i had a physical it was great, but I started drinking coffee since then and I feel like it could be bad now

    >research what X amount of coffee does to blood pressure of adult men who weigh Y units of measurement

I hear that caffeine from coffee is processed differently and lasts for much longer than caffeine from sodas and energy drinks

        That isn't true.

It absolutely is homosexual; caffein from monster just agitates me and makes me lose focus; caffein from coffe is the exact oposite; same quantity drinken in same amount of time; this is the most aperant during finals when I m studying like 16hours a day for 30 days straight

Its probably OLD, cheap caffeine in the PRIME or whatever compared to the relatively fresh caffeine in the joe

Can any of you coffee sippers give me some advice? I normally drink coffee in the morning so I can shit and wake up, and then again at 3:30 - 4:00 in the afternoon but I'm willing to give up the afternoon IF it will benefit me. I have already given up all soda and drink only water and milk

Idk, I went from 2-3 cups of caffeinated coffee a day to one, only having a second if I feel very tired. The only benefit is that I seem more responsive to the second cup. Otherwise I really think 2 is a reasonable and harmless amount.

3:30-4:00 is definitely too late. The caffeine will still be in your system at night, even if it doesn't keep you up it will reduce your sleep quality. I try not to drink coffee later than 2, and I would say even that is later than ideal.

      >up to
I hate this shit, genuinely worthless. Tells you nothing useful at all. "At all concentrations nonlethal to a human being they found less than a 1% effect, but just for fun they tried a literal kilogram of caffeine and found a 92% reduction!" Wasted words.

I wouldn't give it much credence. it's only one study performed on cell cultures

I'm not even talking about the study, literally just the wording of that headline. "Up to" negates almost everything that comes after it because all it tells you is the upper bound, the context is completely erased.
