As shown in Table 3, among coffee drinkers only, the difference was 2.4 years of accelerated aging per 100 mg of caffeine (36.7÷15.3 = 2.4), and among those reporting no coffee intake, cell senescence was 2.6 years higher for each 100 mg of caffeine consumed (40.0÷15.3 = 2.6).

Caffeine also reduces blood flow to the brain. Coffee-brained morons might have difficulty understanding why it is bad.

I used to get migraines every 6 months, since i started drinking coffee I have gotten none, except once which I put to rest before it activated by drinking coffee. I would develop visual aura which slowly deleted my field of view over like 2 hours and then get a brutal headache, I noticed the aura was starting and then just drank some coffee and it completely disappeared. I think some migraines are caused by too much blood flow so it makes sense why coffee stopped it.

Impressive stat. Very nice. Now let's see a study about how browsing IST affects your health.

coffee is too mild and popular for us to ever figure out how slightly good or slightly bad it is.

this is extra funny because of correlation vs causation. You'd think IST caused severe mental issues if you didn't factor in that mentally ill people are more likely to use IST in the first place.

This proves correlation does equal causation, kek. When people eat more cheese they become fatter. When cheese consumption goes up the population becomes fatter. Fat people are more likely to die getting tangled in bedsheets. Therefore, an increase in cheese consumption causes more people to die getting tangled in bed sheets.

How fricking pathetic do you have to be to die from getting entangled in your bedsheets. and how does it even work?

What about a non epidemiological study? Coffee drinking is directly associated with longer telomere length

You are all utter morons. Observational studies cannot prove causation. This is statistics 101. You can only determine causation by manipulating an independent variable and observing the effect on the dependent variable. In this case, you would have to randomly split people into groups and increase the caffeine intake of one group, then observe the effects. This wildly basic misunderstanding is everywhere, even among academics and journalists, ESPECIALLY in diet science. This isn't some "heckin science" hairsplitting. There are countless obvious confounding factors in the studies you posted, but I don't even need to mention specific ones, because that would detract from the general fact that observational studies do not prove causation. Nothing you posted says anything about the effects of coffee.

What, you homosexuals want to live forever? Now go look up studies on how everything else around you is also slowly killing you. Big whoop.

The cool thing about shit reducing your life span is it takes it off the back end, which is the shittiest part anyways. Do what you want and hope you die before you decline too much.

Probably because coffee gives you more motivation and energy to live life and move around. It also makes you more social and talkative and increases mood. This improves overall health.
