If you take Dihexa, Cerebrolysin, ISRIB, Semax, and Epobis intranasally you can get better results since more of it goes directly to the brain. Its especially beneficial to do it with Cerebrolysin because the other option is to inject it and the recommended dosing that way is 5ml every day which is a frick ton to inject

A lot of nootropics increase your dopamine levels, this increases risk taking and impulsive behaviour, and large volumes of dopamine releasing drugs over a long time can induce mania and eventually schizophrenia. A lot of drug addicts are schizophrenic because they've nuked their brains, it can happen to you too. I'm running a little bit of concerta for ADHD and it's massively improved my life, but I also know that my brain needs breaks, and I am essentially overclocking my noggin.
