Cold cuts and deli meats

What's wrong with eating them? They're relatively cheap and high in protein and really easy to eat. I made a ham and turkey, egg and cottage cheese sandwich this morning. What would the difference be eat cold cuts and eating Chicken or beef in the long term

Nothing is wrong with desiring meat. Salivating over meat. Wanting it in your mouth. Mouth watering meat. Love meat.

Cold meat in my mouth feels like I’m sucking off a Snowman, haha!

Get out of my thread Gay israeli Ukrainian homosexuals

Gout potentially. Eating too much of anything is bad, but cured meats get a bad rep from an industry that can't even agree on fricking eggs so eat what you want just don't overdo it and try to get something without a bunch of added bullshit in there

Exactly, I have 2 packets of turkey and ham slices and the protein to calorie ratio on these suckers is so high.

Eating exclusively salted meat could give you scurvy whereas fresh meat would not. Will go get some beef bacon from my local butcher thanks for reminding me

Has a lot of things in it that put additional strain on your body to filter. Rather than thinking of them as a protein they should be treated like you would fat in a dish. Flavouring in smaller quantities.
