    It's cheap and if nothing else means slightly more of your whole protein can be turned into other things

    The cvs near me sells a version of this with 18 grams of whey isolate and 10 grams of collagen in a serving. Its like 20 servings was thinking of trying it tbqh. Just as a supplementary shake at the end of the night or something

      This. Collagen is literally just 3 common aminoacids which are found in almost every single food. Also it doesn't really absorb well in the body so you shit it out. Any collagen you take and metabolize is just converted into other things and rarely into collagen for joints or skin.
      If you already take protein supplements then you have enough aminoacids to repair joints and skin. News is, joints repair stupidly slow so...

    Mix it with soup or hot food, but not too much because it will thicken things. Adds great body and flavor to gravy and chili and stuff. Also mix a little in with your smoothie liquid before you blend and it will make it smoother and creamier. Add extra for freezer smoothie pops.

    It's just a form of protein, the most abundant form in your body. Adding a bit to food that has none makes it taste better. Some has sweeteners or hyaluronic acid (¿?)
