    I neglect my back and to some degree biceps. My only real back exercise is climbing once a weak and 20-30 chin ups a week.

    Sometimes I slack on cardio even though I'm 60 lbs overweight (at least). I justify this with a resting heart rate of 75 and a somewhat physical job, but I should be doing at least 30 minutes of hard cardio every day regardless.
