logical fallacy, keeping weight down is more likely to keep a stroke from happening.
Therefore using meat fats to cook is more likely to prevent stroke since you are directly promoting weight loss.

                >We repeat that figure: 0 out of 52. To put it another way, 100% of the observational claims failed to replicate. In fact, five claims (9.6%) are statistically significant in the clinical trials in the opposite direction to the observational claim. To us, a false discovery rate of over 80% is potent evidence that the observational study process is not in control. The problem, which has been recognised at least since 1988, is systemic.

This will sound like a doomer American schizo post but it has already evolved into a zero sum game. Food regulations are the only way forward. Lolberts will disagree while they simultaneously pour a hundred hours or more into sourcing better dairy eggs and beef for their families, not giving a damn about public health or those not born with their same 'tism. (I also have this 'tism).

You should be able to buy a sammich, empanada, gyro etc without it being full of seed oil. You should be able to buy enough land to farm without debt slavery if that's what you want to do with your life. The only way this system can be stopped is massive rewilding conservation efforts globally + more room for restorative ranching (family enterprise only) and harsh food regulations against globohomo. It's either that or the pod life lab meat seed oil maxxer types will win. There is no middle ground in the big picture of all this frens.

For now sneed oil is simply cheaper but in time even upscale and family restaurants will not be allowed to use tallow, butter, real olive oil etc. They will price out the land in white countries and prevent you from buying seeds like in the US/Canada during lockdowns. Look at what's going on in Europe right now especially in Brussels, France, the Netherlands, Germany, the governments and financial powers are trying to destroy family farming there because they want the land and want us to eat only what they approve. Against any legitimate questions or reasoning they simply demand it. There can be no compromise then and we must use government while we can.
