I go a very selective med school and it is chad central. The average person works out, 6' tall, is charismatic, dresses well and of course is extremely intelligent/driven. At least a third of the men can rep 2 pl8s and a similar amount have visible 6 packs. The women are almost all beautiful and there are multiple professional models. There are multiple self made millionaires and a couple of people who are extraordinarily rich.
Of course there are fat, short, ugly etc people but overall the standards here are incomparable to the general population. In my country the interview plays a huge part which I'd guess is the reason there aren't any autists.
How the frick do you stand out in this sort of environment?

Honestly, I'm jealous of you OP. Not for med school because if you're doing it for purely money then you're pretty stupid, but because you're surrounded by peers who will push you to be better. You may not stand out among them but if you're humble you might learn a thing or two. hell, you might even make it off this stupid knitting forum.
Your only choice is skill-mogging them, choose something and become extremely proficient at it.

As stated this thread was posted before. My advice now is the same as it was then - in that kind of environment you don't want to stand out, you want to blend in. You don't get to be a top guy in that environment unless you're literally dolph.

Best thing you can do is be friends with them. Study groups and the like or organize hiking trips or something.
