Whats your opinion on getting a lil work done on the face after years of perfecting your body?
Personally Im thinking about getting my cheeks restored by fat grafting after a deep cut as Ive lost facial volume from natural late 20s aging and weightloss.
Only asians and women do that stuff anon dont be dumb im sure you look great
Middle Eastern men get it the most in my country of Australia. They're the manicured looking c**ts in the world. It looks really queer.
its usually persian dudes in mercs
nah, not anymore. I used to be chadlite in my mid 20s and I used to get commented about my face all the time but I think stress and weightloss fricked up my face. Ive got robust lower face which used to be balanced by my midface but ever since I lose volume there, I dont look as great. It sucks that Im in the best shape of my life but my face just aint holding up.
Sound like one way to bogged town.
Id say there is a risk of overdoing it with implamts but fat grafting is quite literally using your own fat to restore lost volume in your face. Plenty of upperclass people do these stealth procedures that look natural and people never notice let alone get bogged.
That looks like bogged dogshit. Just imagine how fricking awful and weird it will look in 5 years when it starts sagging out of place.
Implamts dont sag because theyre bolted onto the skeletal structure. Excessive filler usage can lead to sagging and migration which is where you get those chipmunk look of some celebrities.
Facial fat grafting is usually less predictable than fillers but unless is done by a shoddy street surgeon, shouldnt sag and last as long as your normal fat cells.
I dont get this, the right is after operation right? Is it restoring the fat or the moronic Hollywood buccal fat removal? If anything, I'd say do it later maybe in your mid 40s or 50s, still gonna look moronic later too probably. Might want to take care of your diet first (collagen, etc).
that is a jaw implant+weightloss
this is what a facial fat grafting to the cheeks from Korea look like
>Before
>After
Is that makeup, an app or more work? His skin different
he did facial fat grafting with fraxal laser. Fat graftimg also has stem cells and does improve skin texture too.

Not bad.

By the time Im in my 40s, I dont think Id care much about my looks. Most people will look like shit past 40. Plus I wanna live the best few years I have left in my youth. I had a pretty nice face a few years ago, and used to catch eyes just because my face before I started liftimg, but localised volume loss in my cheeks have just fricked up my facial aesthetics. I honestly get less attention now on ottermode than when I was a skinnyfat chadlite with a nice face.
Ottermode puffy cheeks gonna look funny but thats depends on how much I guess but try to find non invasive surgery method before going to bog life (later in your life).
Honestly I dont there is too much of a difference between the two of them, cheek volume wise but thats probably the angle as well. The before looks meh to me more because of skin rather than volume and the after looks like your usual ai filter/smoothing on phone camera. I checked the site for more of his pictures, but looks like his new cheek made his chin a lot sharper in a funny way. You usually see this in chinese and korean woman more rather than men.
I think its from the swelling. But as I understand, surgeons usually overfill the cheeks as you lose 30 to 60 percent of the volume as not all fat cells arent successful grafted. It tends to look more subtle in the 6+month range which is good for a man as you do t need puffy femimine cheeks, just cheeks that arent hollow and concaving and gives off a slight youthful heart facial shape.
I dont think youll get bogged if youre only doing a moderate fat graft to the cheeks. And even if I suffer from bog, Ill be old anyway since these complications usually arises 10+ years after the surgery. Thats a problem for future me
the only non surgical option are fillers which are more harmful and expensive in the longterm. My sister is a cosmetic doctor and doesnt think fillers will suit me because I have general volume loss and unlless you use a ton of fillers, it wont help much and will probably end up migrating to your chin.
I'm not a troony so no I haven't considered it
still trying to find a good clinic for my super bimax surgery. even willing to go out of country. I basically look like this from the side (minus the fat). 30yo boomer, too late for mewing or whatever
If I was you, Id go one realself.com and check out the men who have a similar facial profile to you, and see what they did. The problem with cosmetic surgery is that failure rate gets higher the more procedures you do to correct an issue as difficult as that. I dont think surgery will every completely change how you look unless youre willing to get bogged. Small changes at the right places can have significant impacts on overall aesthetics.
bimax isnt cosmetic surgery. with a chin/jaw like that, it's almost impossible to not have sleep apnea. there also tons of other health related issues it can cause. for anyone interested, I suggest checking out this channel. especially the older, informative videos:
dr coceancig seems to be as wicked as surgeons come. but after doing my own research, I believe what he says. while bimax surgery is a risk and will come with lesser (or bigger if you're unlucky) complications, most people dont regret it. the positive benefits simply outweight the post OP negatives in most cases. there's this german youtuber who documented the entire thing https://youtu.be/asvgq6h2zK8
Thats good then I guess. It should be covered by insurance too. Goodluck
I always love seeing this picture. Are there any photoshops of him with a chad chin?

Just do bone smashing moron, it's free and the results are guaranteed
bone smashing is moronic. Youre risking nerve damage and athiriritis of your most important tool(mouth) for meagre gains. Stick to memewing. And I have pretty robust lower face already, but if I didnt, Id just get jaw implants
Don't answer the call. It's a deal with the devil.
I support fixing major flaws but I dont think getting lots of cosmetic surgeries is a great idea.
But imo fixing dumbo ears or a very crooked nose or a very recessed chin for example is good.
