You look like absolute dogshit and you treat your body as a landfill. Is that because you didn't like your body in your "assigned" gender? Are we supposed to believe you will all the sudden do a 180 health-wise? A big part of how you feel as a man or woman is how you look as a man or woman. If you look in the mirror and see a fat man, how is that treating your dysphoria? I never see autistic fat men transition and lose a bunch of weight and ultimately look feminine. I just don't see how that helps you mentally.
