          The effect of pushing at a distance levers about your shoulder skeletal joint, so you would be supporting the full weight on one shoulder joint, however you wouldn't be lifting it with just one hand as the hand pushing down will accelerate the barbel upwards reducing the required force needed. Its hard to say exactly numbers wise, but you could theoretically hit a 50 50 weight distribution with one side pushing and one pulling

    Simply calculate the center of mass, which is 3/10 the length from the center of the 4plate to the 1plate stack. Hold centered at that point and lift.

      you have to get both sides up as you stand straight up, like a dead-lift or it doesn't count.

    Stand over the heavy side like a landmine then pull the bar up so the light side is in the air then lay the bar on my chest so light side is above my head and heavy side between my legs then squat the heavy side up by grabbing both sides of the plates like a goblet squat.
