        this is goofy. You don't need that shit, just eat smaller portions. or eat more low calories high volume foods. don't drink your calories. increase protein consumption ( more satiating ), eat less fat ( 9 cals per gram, vs 4 from carbs or protein). 4000kcals is maintenance for a 270 lb man. eat strictly at 3k and you'll see fat loss at a decent rate without having to starve and make your life necessary miserable. longevity creates lasting results.

        If you aren't healthy enough to fast then you're NGMI anyway

                I eat like a hot dog eating contestant and I actually feel full well into the next day lmao. My first 48 hour fast changed my life, not even the subsequent 3+ day fasts made me feel the same way. I wasn't always this healthy though, I worked at it for months before I pulled it off. Look into autophagy, stem cells and white blood cells

                fasting is just an easy way for some people to lose weight. theres no benefit to it. So many fasting people brings up autophagy, not having absolute clue what it is. Or the short term spike in HGH(which is also seen in any kcal deficit diet) and think its gonna make a long term effect

    oh, and get a pedometer app on your phone. get a good baseline for daily activity. a week or two. then see if you can raise the standard over time. Moving more = less calories you have to cut create a deficit. burn 500 cals of additional walking and that's 500 cals you don't have to stop eating. Don't Starve.

    Switch to a diet of meat, organs, fruit, yogurt, cheese, kefir/buttermilk, and eggs. I did two weeks ago. My weight is going down and my body composition is changing like crazy.

          Practice, maybe talent. Picrel is the last thing i ate 24 hours ago, I baked a loaf of bread, fried 1+lb of sausages, onions and peppers, and put that in it. Just ate and didn't stop eating.
