CREATINE

Brainlet here

I want to workout & take Creatine

I know on YouTube everybody says Creatine is safe and in a couple of research papers the same

Creatine is made out of SARCOSINE(safe) + CYANAMIDE

Now SARCOSINE is safe but

CYANAMIDE is - toxic if swallowed
- toxic with skin
- case severe allergy & skin burns & eye damage
- suspect of causing cancer
- suspect of damaging fertility
- damage to organs etc

So the question is simple CAN A SAFE ELEMENT COMBINE WITH A TOXIC ELEMENT TO CREATE A SAFE PRODUCT?

thats what it says on wiki

      ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Anon it is extremely common for toxic elements to react and form safe compounds. Table salt is sodium and chlorine. The whole reason a compound is dangerous in the first place is because it's reactive and causes damage to your body by reacting with materials in your cells that you don't want it to. Creatine and salt are both stable, the toxic element has already reacted with something else. Therefore safe.

huh ... well thats nice to know

I only got suspicious of creatine after they started pushing and it out on normie podcasts like huberman labs. It's probably designed to sterilize you, like everything else mass-shilled to the goyim.

There's no point being suspicious when you can inspect the chemical formula yourself and deduce its effects directly. Or are you too stupid?

thanks anon. ive had a ring in my closet for 4 months waiting to propose once she confirms pregnant but idk when that will happen, if it ever does. dr has hopes for IVF but probably just because it’s going to cost us 20k+.

anyways, creatine doesnt frick with your fertility or sperm, as mine seem to be pretty good.

Yeah it's not really involved in anything related to fertility so it shouldn't. IVF will almost certainly work, though. Til then just keep cumming in her, anon, maybe get lucky and save that 20k.

    >Sarcosine c3h7no2 combines with h2o and Cyanamide, ch2n2 to ,make to form of creatine monohydrate. Without H20 it would not be possible to consume, and may be lethal to humans.
    To answer your question, yes

I started taking this about 10 days ago and keep waking up after 3-4 hours and can’t fall back asleep. Thinking about quitting.

Workout without it first for at least a year
then never take it because you won't be able to stop once you see the difference with and without, stay natty bros

You don't need any supplements as a natty lifter since you can get everything from food (all vitamins, minerals, etc.).
You don't need to hit x amount of protein per y amount of bodyweight, 70-80g is more than enough (you don't need protein powder as well).
Creatine just makes you bloated with water weight, hence you get more "gains".
If you are a natty lifter listening to advice from roidtroony grifters, you are a moron.
