I hope you're cutting out the meats too!
Your body naturally produces creatine but eating meat is the same as supplementing creatine, so best to cut them out too!
the only complete protein left is söy so i hope you're prepared for the switch (pun intended).

You anti-creatine people, afraid of minor fluctuations of DHT within the normal range, but also afraid of finasteride in any amount and delivery method, deprive yourselves of both hair gains and muscle gains and seek to bring others down with you. A sick affliction.

Funny you should mention the 2 things that fricked me up the most. Finasteride permanently fricked up my dick and balls even though I only took 1mg per day and used it for about 5 weeks.

      >There's literally ZERO scientific evidence to support your claim, you mentally ill, anti-vaxx fricktard.

Yeah, and I don't give a shit. I'm not going to ignore what happened to my own body just because biased scientific studies said that Finasteride-induced erectile dysfunction is extremely rare, but when it does rarely occur, it always clears up on its own in 4 weeks tops. I listened to that bullshit before taking it, and I got completely fricked because I never thought I'd be a rare statistical anomaly. And I also know of other people who couldn't get erections for 6 months after trying Finasteride - which is a lot. That could destroy relationships and even cause some men to commit suicide. Your dick and balls shriveling up, being cold to the touch, and feeling traumatized is already bad enough for a single hour, let 6+ months, or in my case, 1+ years.

And while my hair has been shedding ever since I turned 30, the shedding always noticeably increases whenever I get back on creatine. And again, I don't give a shit if there isn't a single scientific study on my side. I'm not going to ignore what's happening to me just because everyone says that supplementing creatine won't accelerate hair shedding in men that are predisposed to male pattern baldness. If you want to take Finasteride and creatine and don't suffer any side effects, then lucky you. But don't insult people and accuse them of lying when they share their experiences and try to warn others of what could happen.

I'm tripled vaxxed and didn't experience too many serious side effects. But that doesn't mean that I'm going to call other people crazy and liars if they did experience side effects. And I don't care if almost all of the studies and experts say the vaccines are perfectly safe and effective.

theres 10 of these threads a week, at least state how long and how much you were using per serving
Its like giving someone a routine with no set or rep ranges, it doesnt tell you anything

A single molecule of creatine is enough to send you straight to the reaper, it's the price of turning in your natty card.

my little brother got Norwood reaped. At age 25 hes got a norwood 5 going on. at 20 his hair was fine. from age 21 to 24 he was into serious lifting and hit 2/3/5/6 with a pretty decent dose of creatine.

now of course our bodies arent identical. But I havent dabled too much in creatine. Ive used it every now and then, and Im a norwood 2.5 at 30.

man, I hear a lot of people saying creatine = hair loss. but here's the game: most people start taking creatine in their 20s and that's also generally the age one starts losing their hair. Now, is it a correlation-causation fallacy?

Creatine is an extremely popular supplement. I'm pretty sure there must have been studies by now with a concrete conclusion.

at the end of the day you have to accept two truths
Studies arent detailed nor broad enough to give a good answer
even if creatine only accelerated 1% of consumers hairloss, that is still a 100% causation for hairloss in those 1%. IE the statistics dont matter frick all to them, theyre losing hair because of the creatine.

most studies in general are moronic. If you eat cauliflower every single day and suddenly you have an extra rep in your tank, pass perfect poops and have 0 gas maybe you should continue eating cauliflower even if a study comes out that shows that 90% of people who eat cauliflower develop zyclonB levels of toxic farts.

Anecdotally, I’ve taken creatine very long time with zero hair loss but getting on test caused balding almost immediately.

heres what actually happened, you are in your 20s where people naturally start losing hair. you took creatine and think its cause of that
