I’ve had a slowly receding hairline since I was 20, losing 5 or 6 hairs every time I shampoo in the shower. Ever since lifting 5 days a week and taking 5g creatine I can tug on my hair and be rough with it and not lose a single hair. I’m 29 now, and I remember the initial fear/stress of going bald actually made me lose hairs that if I wasn’t worried at all night not have happened.
Youre probably just balding. Hop on fin if you want to avoid mpb.
> I remember the initial fear/stress of going bald actually made me lose hairs that if I wasn’t worried at all night not have happened.
Many such cases
>losing 5 or 6 hairs every time I shampoo in the shower.
This is literally normal. I've shed hair for over a decade now and my hairline hasn't budged.
My friend wouldn't shut up how creatine is a micracle supplements and gives you strength and a pump (placebo+bloat) and how I am missing out.
Last year he took a trip to Turkey.
Bottom line is that you get all you need from a proper diet, which includes meat.
youd have to eat 1kg of beef everyday to get 5g of creatine which can easily be suplemented. its impractical and expensive
>you need to have creatine overflowing in your system because... because... just because!!!
please shut the frick up
>its impractical and expensive
Listen here bud, hunting should be a pastime and hobby for all lifting enthusiats. I literally have elk, deer and venison stocked up in my freezer and get bison almost monthly from my game butcher. Seriously stop giving the supplement j*ws money. Even ifbb pros don't use the supps the sponsors give them and that should be the nail in the coffin for you
>inb4 gear
Do better anon. You owe that to yourself.
>have to eat 1kg
Have to eat? No, you get to eat. Yum yum.
>you have to consume the amount used in supplement studies to have an effect
Go be a moron somewhere else
>tranime poster is moronic
Like clockwork
how the frick am i supposed to eat 2kgs of beef a day to get enough creatine?
You don't need that much creatine you cretin.
also cooking beef denatures the creatine kek
the board has been hijacked by internet "entrepreneues" who make endless threads about how their snake oil is good and endless threads about how rival snake oils are "bad"
the fitness community really needs to stop purchasing and consuming snake oils like pee-a-tine
Wow, it's almost like not everyone is aware of all of the information available. The shock! The horror!
Stop being such a fricking homosexual
stop being a bot
you should already know before posting dumb Black person. newbies have ruined this place
if they rangebanned all of india i swear threads liek these would disappear with them
bald
ok pajeet don't forget to do the needful today
i've been taking creatine on an off for years and have no balding
it's all just genetics
I have given it a lot of thought and for me it doesn't worth the risk. I love my hair so much bros. I'm not so scared of roiding as much as going bald
>I have given it a lot of thought
clearly not since you believe nonsense that isn't backed by any science
I do remember it being related to DHT increase. Even if it's a small risk, for me it isn't worth it
>not taking DHT derivatives for the sexual, mood, strength, and beard gains
ngmi
Just start taking estrogen if you care about your hair so much
Let me explain it
>there is strong scientific evidence that creatine increases DHT
>there is also strong scientific evidence that an increase in DHT accelerates the process of balding (so in other words, if it's not in your genetics to go bald, then nothing happens, but if it is, then you'll go bald a lot faster and at a younger age)
However... There is no conclusive evidence where they have designed trials to actually give people creatine long term, and then measure whether they lose their hair or not (and there probably won't be any time soon, because the only one that can finance studies like that are the coorporations that want to SELL you the supplements), so now, the "experts" will tell you that there is not "evidence" that creatine makes you go bald.
So we kinda do know for a fact that creatine increases DHT and that an increase in DHT accelerates balding, but in "science", you're not allowed to say that creatine accelerates balding unless those actual trials have been done in which they connect the 2 (which we will probably never see, because all nutrition/supplement/medicine science is funded by the parties that try to sell you stuff)
is strong scientific evidence that creatine increases DHT
one, ONE fricking study from 2009, done on like 10 football players, who were given like 50 grams of creatine daily, and were probably also on roids but this of course wasnt controlled for or disclosed, and since then has been debunked multiple times, and was not repeated
this is what the average ISTtard calls STRONG EVIDENCE
none of this shit even matters when even lifting increases DHT.
You want to not go bald from DHT? Take DHT blockers. It's that simple
>It's that simple
unfortunately it isn't that simple for me.
not even fin could stop the insane shedding I got from creatine
before i started taking creatine my dick was only 4 inches
after creatine it grew to 8
thank u creatine
non creatine takers btfo
Yes they’re true.
>100% of the evidence proves the opposite
provide literally one piece of evidence that does this.
There is currently
>1 study proving that it causes a significant DHT increase
>0 studies proving that it doesn't
DHT is not bad for you
The results from that one study have never been replicated. Also, the 10 football players (what a sample size!) had way lower than average DHT to begin with. While they had a "statistically significant" increase in DHT levels, they were still below average. Statistically significant does not always equal practically significant.
test and dht are only bad for dyel pajeets kek
You'll go bald anyways, might as well get buff too.
its a bunch of browncel dyels that don't want you lifting or taking a supplement which is known to cause strength and muscle gains they could prove me wrong by posting body but they won't
Verification not required.
>when 100% of the evidence proves the opposite
Let me guess, the same "evidence" made by the same "experts" who claim that meat and eggs are bad for you, and that being a troony is not a mental illness?
>posts trannime
post body i know you are dyel
It's not true. Men typically start working out after their quarter or mid-life crisis. This is around the time most men begin to show signs of hair loss due to age. It is purely coincidental. If you notice hairloss after you begin a creatine stack then you should start finasteride regardless of whether you decide to quit creatine. The norwood reaper will continue to take your youth either way.
im 23
It happened to me around 19
Ive spent a year at the gym grinding to the max and fricking myself over unnecessarily for listening to homosexuals on IST say it causes baldness. My friends that go to the gym take creatine and all of them have a fricking full head of hair. Last week i said frick it and bought a pot of creatine, i fricking regret listening to you homosexuals, i can now beat myself at the gyn for 2 hours no problem with cardio included. Im fricking tired of fricking morons on this board, one thing is shitposting and other thing is being a massive homosexual spreading fricking moronic lies to frick with people for no reason at all
>hehe you fell for it
I would punch you so fricking hard i would vaporize your stupid fricking head fricking underaged homosexual
calm down lil boy im asking a valid question, you dont need to feel personally attacked
you wouldn't do shit lol
Give it some time, you'll start norwooding too
post body i know you won't cause you are dyel and not white
Verification not required.
>instant butthurt reply
Like clockwork lmao
ok browncels go back to /LULZ/ you don't lift and are basically trannies
Verification not required.
>t.
>t.
still no body kek maybe you really are a troony
>t.
>t.pajeet
>t.
Pajeets leave the site please
>t.
You really showed them anon. Keep it up I'm sure your parents are proud.:^]
No. Creatine does not cause hair loss. Your genetics cause hairloss. You just have shit hair genes.
"no, cutting grass doesn't cause your grass to be short you just have short grass!"
post proof one study done by israelites isn't enough
Not even close to a good analogy. Either you have good hair genes, or you don't. A nutritional supplement for a compound that is found in every piece of muscle meat and is even produced by your own body as a normal part of the metabolism is not going to cause you to bald. The average person who is not a vegan or vegetarian following a standard diet such as the standard American or Australian diets still produce at least 1-2 grams of creatine per day, and might intake as much as 1g from their diet per day. At the same time, their muscle stores of creatine are at least at 65% capacity. That's a lot of creatine there.
Many people have shit genes for hair and hairline. The problem is when you don't accept it and then like many go on to try to blame some supplement, type of food, etc. rather than just acknowledging their genetic predisposition to balding and they just started to bald and then go on some moronic looksmaxing forum or thread to post about it.
Agreed, but I don't know if my genetics are shit, and don't want to push it. If I get bald anyway.sooner or later better be later
working out raises dht so frick off back to /LULZ/ you dyel homosexual
Yes, rumors are true. Now frick off. /thread
is this the new x will cause cancer? technically working out will speed up hairloss in itself
dyel pajeets only care about lookmaxing to do the needful
No. I've had no hairloss. I'd start with fixing your diet. Make sure you eat plenty of eggs.
I want to be bald. I'd laser all the hair off my head if it were a cheap and fast thing to do. I don't give a frick. Take the eyebrows too, frick it. I'd trade every hair on my head for any other benefit. It's worthless and a pain in the ass to keep shaving off.
baldies need their boogeyman creatine
it couldn't be their shit genes
no it has to be something else
