      I wish I was like you. Eating more is so much easier than eating less. You can literally DRINK 1000 calories in a 12 oz cup. Ensure high protein strawberry shakes are like 350 calories each and maybe 6-8oz. Don't tell me you can't "eat more".

        If you don't eat crap and you're not accustomed to your brain getting nuked with high fat/high sugar foods every other hour which fricks with satiety control, it's surprisingly easy to stay at not even just a healthy weight but lean. And I was never particularly skinny, I was chubby but built at one point. Dropped close to 10kg in bodyweight and had abs for the first time just doing that during COVID lockdowns, did some recreational bicycling and calisthenics for fun too. Dropped all alcohol too, except for social occasions.
        You feel so much better in terms of energy and mental clarity, you don't want to go back to loose and shitty diet once your brain has been rewired into being content with 2-3 meals a day of whole foods only.

    If you cannot portion control, just literally stop eating every other day.
    If you have trouble sleeping pop an ambien. Still healthier than being fat

    Wait 10 seconds before eating ANYTHING and think: "Is this something necessary? Is it some incredibile gourmet experience I should totally engorged myself into? Or am I just a lazy piece of shit lacking self control again?"
    You will magically eat 80% less shit between lunch and dinner.

    I don't keep snacks in the house so I don't have any temptation. Same with booze. If I'm hungry I have to make something or eat the whole foods I bought like fruit or whatever.

    For me, it's living with my parents and having social anxiety. I was too scared to leave my room for food when someone else was home before I cared about losing weight. Now the combination of social anxiety and not wanting to eat too much has really gotten me results.

    Fasting. Unironically once you've been fasting (including intermittent fasting) your taste buds almost reset and it's hard to eat shitty junk food and it's more challenging to get the volume you need for training.
